We are seeking a seasoned Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Professional to lead and manage assigned EHS programs. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in environmental regulations, occupational health, and safety management systems, and will be a strategic partner within Western Digital. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Emergency Response
* Lead the site's emergency response program, including developing, maintaining, and implementing the Emergency Action Plan and the site BORP (Business Occupancy and Resumption Plan).
* Serve as the primary contact and coordinator during any on-site emergency, working with external agencies and the Emergency Response Team.
* Organize and lead regular emergency preparedness drills and exercises to test response effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Requires knowledge of facility life safety systems including fire alarm and toxic gas monitoring systems.
Equipment installation and safety
* Act as the EHS technical expert on cross-functional teams for the installation, modification, and decommissioning of new or existing equipment.
* Review equipment specifications and engineering plans to ensure all EHS requirements and safety features, such as interlocks and guards, are incorporated prior to installation.
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure they adhere to all facility and regulatory EHS standards during installation.
* Perform pre-startup safety reviews and validate that equipment is installed and used according to manufacturer's recommendations and EHS requirements.
Support the Site's Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications
* Provide support implementing the site & global IMS program.
* This includes ISO 14001, 45001, 22301 as well as the global Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) certifications.
General
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
* Lead in incident investigations and root cause analyses; implement preventive measures.
* Submit environmental reporting, waste management, air/water quality monitoring, and sustainability initiatives.
* Deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and leadership.
* Serve as liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors as related to your EHS responsibilities.
* Lead emergency preparedness and response planning.
* Mentor junior EHS staff and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related field.
* 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or corporate settings.
* Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) strongly preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, and ISO standards.
SKILLS
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

DESCRIPTION
Provides culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to people served by Community Counseling Solutions, namely through the Wraparound program. The position provides the treatment in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's) and the mission and values of CCS. The position works closely with other involved community partners and is professional in all aspects of service delivery. Additionally, this position assists administration in meeting the behavioral health needs of the community.

Depending upon location, this position is supervised by the Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Manager.
Supervision Exercised
This position does not supervise other employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates mental health services with outside agencies, including placement agencies, Developmental Disability services, and educational services.
Assists referrers with the collection of information for referral packets and serving as the point of contact for submission of information.
Facilitates communication between the family, treatment providers, natural supports, community resources, and involved child-serving providers and agencies.
Provides orientation to ISA services for children and families.
Organizes and facilitates Community Resource Team (CRT) meetings that identify the strengths and needs of children and families referred for ISA services and develop service coordination plans and safety and crisis plans.
Provides for continuity of care by creating linkages to and managing transitions between levels of care and transitions for older youth to the adult service system.
Assists with coordination and tracking of children in inpatient care.
Assists with coordinating payments for mental health services with other counties and local service providers.
Coordinates and participates in reviews of all ISA cases every 90 days, and individual reviews for Day Treatment clients every 90 days.
Collects and submits data to: GOBHI, Regional Youth Resource Program, and OMHAS for all ISA children.
Promote individual's equality, diversity, rights and responsibilities.
Provide case management type services to children, adults, and families.
If varianced, provide clinical services to children, adults and families. This would include but is not limited to screening, assessment, individual and group therapy, consultation, and all other allowed clinical services.
Actively participate in joint case planning and coordination with agency employees and relevant agency contractors. Act as a liaison between clients and other agencies. Act as a client advocate when appropriate.
Actively participate in group and individual supervision sessions.
Work with other staff and community representatives to initiate new programs, reviews, evaluates and revises existing programs as necessary.
Perform joint case planning and coordination in areas of behavioral health with other community agencies including but not limited to: schools, group homes, police organizations, district attorney's offices, courts, community clinics and hospitals and other agencies in the Department of Human Services.
Provide behavioral health and addiction education, prevention and information to various interest groups.
Provide after hours emergency services on a 24 hour, rotating basis to adults. This includes telephone consultation and crisis intervention in the community. If varianced, provides same services to children.
If varianced, initiate holds, provide civil commitment investigations, and work with the hospitals, case workers and the state and other individuals/agencies for all individuals in the civil commitment process.
Complete all paperwork in a way that is professional, clinically sound and timely as prescribed by the OAR's and other pertinent guidelines. Required to ensure that all paperwork is present, and/or the client record is well maintained.
Attend trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. as directed by administration and use the information gathered to benefit the agency and the customers.
Assist other clinicians in the facilitation of groups as requested.
If varianced, provide intensive children's treatment services.
Utilize agency software/computer systems to prepare current client records of treatment and reports as necessary and required.
Transports clients as required.
Administer forms for urinalysis testing (UA's), provide accurate information on the UA's to clients, in some cases observes the UA, and record all pertinent information.
Must report all abuse to appropriate legal office, complete all necessary paperwork and investigations, and develop safety plans as required.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
A Bachelors degree from an accredited college in social work, psychology or other human service related field is required, or a high school diploma and three years of equivalent training and work experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Certifications

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS

Must show proof of $300,000 or more liability coverage for bodily injury and $100,000 property damage, and maintain said level of coverage for the duration of employment at CCS.
The employee's insurance is primary with CCS insurance being secondary. CCS reserves the right to deny any employee the use of a vehicle owned by CCS.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use office automation including computer and phone systems that require find manipulation, grasping, typing and reaching.
The employee is also regularly required to sit; talk and hear; use hands and fingers and handle, smell or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel and/or squat when adjusting equipment or retrieving supplies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Occasional out of area travel and overnight stays will be required for attendance at meetings and/trainings.
Schedule will include working after 5 pm and/or weekend shifts to accommodate the needs of the youth and family.

This position exists to plan, develop, and coordinate comprehensive services provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities and safeguard and advocate for their rights, safety, and quality of life. This includes coordinating administrative functions and services for the individual population by initiating changes and/or modifying administrative functions, standards, budgetary requests, technical assistance standards, operating procedures, monitoring techniques, and evaluation studies. This position supervises the ICF-IID staff in two homes in ensuring the implementation and documentation of individual programs is completed. This position is responsible as a supervisor for two individual Residential Coordinators and 20-25 direct care staff as a second-level supervisor. Additionally, as a Community Services Manager, you can expect to:
* Exercise appointing authority responsibilities with first and second level supervision over Residential and Community Integration services, including approximately 25 employees in the area of hiring, performance planning, performance evaluation, corrective and disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
* Directs the overall operations of each of these departments, including approving the budget for each. Ensures regulatory compliance of all agency departments in conjunction with: DPA regulations; Personnel Rules; State Board of Nursing Practice Acts; CDHS Policies and Procedures; and other state and federal mandates. Exercises direct supervision of 3 professionals.
* Directs, oversees, and monitors delivery of comprehensive services to individuals by leading the Interdisciplinary (ID) Team process to develop an Individual Program Plan (IPP) by reviewing the individuals' progress in reaching identified goals in the IPP and by recommending ways to overcome barriers to reaching goals.
* Responsible for routine monitoring, including conducting regular audits of the individuals' records and other sources of information. This position will alert supervisors of any issues arising with program implementation or the documentation thereof. This is a Federal requirement for ICF-IID licensure.
* On-call rotation every 8th week for one week. * Ensures active treatment components are in place and implemented for each assigned individual. Serves as the main contact for Auditors and Surveyors.
* Provides case management for up to 24 Individuals. What does a Crisis Intervention Specialist do?
A part time Crisis Intervention Specialist at Charlie Health plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and stability of our clients during acute mental health crises. PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
Enhanced Hard-to-Place (HTP) Group Home program, providing specialized residential services to adolescents, between the ages of 13 to 18, in 2 gender-specific homes, with a maximum capacity of 8 in each house. The group home offers community-based, home-like atmosphere while providing a structured and therapeutic environment to meet the residents' needs. The program is designed for individuals with a history of behavioral difficulties that cannot be successfully maintained in their family home setting, a history of multiple unsuccessful placements, as well as victims of abuse/maltreatment and trauma. The program provides individual, group, and family therapy with 24-hour supervision within a highly structured therapeutic milieu
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Enhanced Support Team Supervisor, the Crisis Intervention Specialist supervises clients, provides a safe and secure environment and applies agency-approved methods of behavior modification including the point system, verbal de-escalation techniques, and physical intervention if needed. QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have successfully completed mandatory 120+-hour HopeLink Crisis Services Crisis Worker Training.
Computer experience and proficient typing skills.
Ability to remain alert on scheduled shifts; experience working swing shifts preferred for overnight positions.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Understanding of confidentiality and privacy issues within a crisis center program.

Our Behavior Specialist will be successful by completing assignments, developing strategies, writing personalized Behavior Support Plans for individuals with basic to complex behavior, under appropriate clinical supervision.
Other responsibilities include:
Responsible for efficient and appropriate development, facilitation, documentation and revision of Behavior Support Plans, according to the person's Individual Support Plan and per Merakey policy
Completes observations in various settings and conducts comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues from aggression, self-injurious behavior, adverse mental health symptoms, law offending behavior- sexual or other identified presenting issues
Collaborate with the person, their family and team in the development and maintenance of a behavior support plan.
Trains and mentors, the people support team on how to implement plans.
Completes documentation including but not limited to data collection, progress reporting, development and revision of the Behavior Support Plan (BSP)

The Crisis Intervention Specialist is a professional social work position for Cumberland County Crisis Response program (CCCR). This position provides direct service and immediate intervention as identified and appropriate to the provision of crisis intervention and stabilization services; both in the field and through the Crisis Telephone Response system.

The Assignment Ready Counselor (ARC) will provide coverage in short-term, surge and on demand situations resulting from the Military needs such as a post-deployment event or to cover an existing assignment for counselors who are absent. The Summer ARC counselor position covers assignments during the May 15th through September 15th time period, coinciding with the school summer break. With minimal guidance and oversight, provides the full breadth of Adult or Child and Youth Behavioral (CYB) counseling services to military service members and their families at military installations. These services may include non- medical counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, consultation with parents, personnel at child daycare centers and schools, and consultation to installation command regarding behavioral health issues affecting military personnel and their family members. ARC CYB counselors may be assigned to DoDEA schools and community schools and will need to have experience working in a school setting to qualify for ARC role in backing up a school position. CYB counselors may also be assigned to youth programs, summer camps, and on demand assignments. ARC adult counselors may be assigned to support MFLC services in a variety of military community and readiness centers, as well as on-demand and surge assignments. The counselors work closely with the installation and military branch Points of Contact (POC) to assure that the program is provided within scope and meets the needs of the installation.
Provides non-medical, short term, solution focused, counseling directly to adults, children, and youth of service members. Services include assessment, brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate), and follow-up as indicated.
CYB counselors will also have a focus on supporting the staff and personnel of CDCs, DoDEA and community schools, youth programs and summer camps as well as providing parent training and guidance.
Provides training and health and wellness presentations, participate in health fairs and other base/installation activities.
Enters counselor activity data daily through smart phone or web application assure that reporting is accurate from assigned installation while maintaining confidentiality and anonymity of service / family member.

Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health related field, or social work.
With short notice, willing to accept assignments of undefined periods to include weekends.
Can cover, on a full-time basis, assignments of varying length from a weekend to two weeks.
Quickly builds rapport with service personnel clients, family members, students, parents and co-workers.
Adaptable to new working conditions, varying location rules, etc.; adjusts working style to align with each work environment.
Able to work effectively with minimal instruction and guidance.
Listens carefully to instructions provided.
With minimal notice, participates in regular in-services/training, Quality Improvement committees or other contract activities as assigned.
Requires ability to quickly engage and communicate with military members, spouses or children as assigned, in order to accomplish job functions, and to respond quickly to emergent situations in any physical location on a military installation and/or within a school setting, which includes the need to traverse short and/or long distances within the base to both indoor and outdoor locations, to maneuver through rugged, outdoor or uneven locations (e.g., steep inclines, stairs, grass), and work in outdoor weather and other military base conditions. Due to the nature of working on military installations or related worksites, counselors may need to comply with various site-specific requirements to work at designated locations. For example, for some assignments, counselors will need to have certain current immunizations or vaccinations and provide record of receipt.
Ability to prove US Citizenship and must be fluent in English.
Advanced knowledge of brief therapy and solution-focused counseling methods.
Prior military service/military family member and/or strong familiarity with military culture desired.
For CYB positions must meet the Magellan MFLC CYB criteria for experience with children and youth and specialty in child and adolescent development/psychology.
Creates a presence on the installation in which the service and family members feel comfortable approaching the counselor and recognize the program to be confidential; for CYB counselors -- creates a presence in child and youth settings, is available to children, youth, and staff. When working with children, counselor must abide by line of site protocol.
Establishes and maintains working relationships with community resources and provides appropriate linkages.
Partners with POC to provide Adult and CYB services in a manner that addresses the needs of the installation/facility. Develops an excellent working relationship with the installation/facility POC.
Manages duty to warn and restricted reporting situations according to DoD protocol and staffs the cases with Regional Supervisor/Regional Director.
Communicates with Regional Supervisors and participate in regular individual and group supervision, sharing information regarding trends and issues on the installations and in facilities to which they are assigned for substitute or on call services.
Responds to critical incidents and special requests as directed by the POC and approved by the OSD program manager.
