Candidates must also have relevant experience in clinical supervision and meet all BHW program competencies. Reporting directly to the VP of Clinical Operations, the Regional Director BCBA is responsible for developing, monitoring, and overseeing ABA treatment plans. This role involves providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors, as well as managing and guiding assigned cases in a clinic setting. Maintain communication with staff and respond to concerns in a timely manner. Stay current with research and best practices, sharing findings with staff. Conduct monthly client visits and ensure all oversight and management requirements are met. Provide guidance and direction to supervisors and behavior technicians, approve program changes, and offer solutions for implementation issues. Review and sign off on progress reports, ensuring they are professional and submitted on time.
