    To thrive as a Pro Sales Associate, you must be approachable, organized, and genuinely interested in helping our customers. Some basic computer skills are necessary to use our customer management software. An outgoing personality with a positive attitude will help you start up conversations with strangers and being a self-starter will be useful as well so you can jump in and help wherever you see a need. You don't need to have any previous experience or knowledge in paint or sales. We'll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your career. As our Pro Sales Associate at Behr, you'll be working in a Home Depot store as a sales specialist focusing on professional painting contractors and their unique needs. On your own and working with the Pro Desk staff, you'll meet and form relationships with local pros who rely on Behr for excellent products and exceptional customer service. You will build relationships with pros in the store who may be there for paint but are more likely there for something else. When an outside rep sends a contractor to you for paint, you will roll out the red carpet by collaborating with them to get exactly the right products for their needs, mix the paint, collect any sundry paint tools they need and get them in and out of the store quickly so they can get back to work. You will make our professional customers feel like they had a paint store experience. As a Pro Sales Associate, your work hours will vary based on peak selling times. This could mean weekends, holidays, and shifts that can extend until 7 p.m. We work while consumers shops! Here's what we're looking for from you: An outgoing personality. You'll support the Home Depot Pro Desk and introduce yourself to any contractors. Get to know them, their business, and their needs. You'll maintain this relationship and follow up regarding their jobs and any future needs. Collaboration. You'll work closely with Behr's outside sales reps and take care of our customers when they come into the store, including pulling and tinting orders for pick up. This will require occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs. You'll also work closely with the Home Depot staff. We are all one team, so as their vendor you'll be professional and helpful, working to maintain this mutually beneficial relationship. Basic computer skills. You'll enter all your new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool. We can train you on this program, but all prior computer knowledge is a plus. Bilingual. Our equipment includes conveyors, liquid filling equipment such as pumps and valves, and packaging machines, including balers and taping machines. You'll do repairs when something is broken and also preventative lubrication, specialized cleaning, and any other maintenance required to keep the equipment running. At all times, you will work with your safety and that of others in mind while keeping a sense of urgency with response times. Main Responsibilities of the Role: * Troubleshoot any broken equipment to determine the issue and repair or replace it correctly and safely. * If everything is operating smoothly, you will do maintenance on machines to prevent future downtime. This can include lubrication, specialized cleaning or replacing parts that are worn out. You'll do this on the appropriate schedule for each machine. * You'll also help with facility maintenance by repairing issues and providing preventative maintenance there as needed. The Senior Manager, FP&A is responsible for supporting key strategic areas such as Information Technology and Research & Development. A successful candidate will be a strong business partner providing guidance around funding decisions, project tracking, general financial support such as spending variances, process improvements, and identifying risks and opportunities. This position reports to the Director, Global FP&A & Commercial Finance and is part of the Finance Department located in Torrance, CA, and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Partner with VPs of key departments (R&D, Information Technology, HR, Finance, and others). Provide financial leadership to establish and prioritize funding requirements for key initiatives, projects and ongoing deliverables. Provide quantitative analysis, project management and tracking of key strategic initiatives and metrics. Lead the monthly close process, expense forecasting/budget for noted departments. Implement process improvements and automation. Actively participate in cross-functional projects designed to solve business problems and improve profitability (e.g. Indirect savings analysis, capital expenditure ROI, etc.). Understand standard accounting principles and policy and interact with global accounting and financial partners to maintain proper financial processes, procedures, and controls. Maintain appropriate controls environment for SOX and internal audit purposes The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics with 9+ years experience OR Master's Degree in field with 7+ years of experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience Experience with data trends and able to manage large databases of information including data mining & mapping and gathering data from multiple sources and working with management to develop helpful reports. Take initiative and partner with various functions in the organization to resolve issues, enhance systems, business processes as well as integrating research, information, and trends into solutions. Ability to interact with upper management and capability to present and explain financial data and analysis to both finance and non-finance audiences. Solid presentation, communication skills. Advanced proficiency in financial systems/applications (Excel, Microsoft Power BI, OneStream/HFM or other ERP report building and retrieval, Power Point).
