The Brand Manager is plugged into what's trending, knows where the conversation is happening with our target consumer's evolving skincare routines. * Consumer Insights: Be able to translate those insights into refined plans and new consumer targets * Go to Market: Partners with Commercial to infuse compelling storytelling into sell in programs, NPD launches and line reviews * Professional Marketing: Partners with Medical marketing team to drive Dermatologists recommendations Your Profile * BS/BA in Science based degree and/or Marketing (MBA a plus). * Minimum 5+ years marketing/brand management experience * Experience in beauty, skincare or personal care categories a plus * Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Knowledge in all areas of marketing including the ability to provide analytical insights, develop and implement marketing programs * Ability to innovate, develop and execute against all product initiatives * Must be results-oriented, self-starter, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others. * Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate * Creative thinking and flexibility - ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Digital and e-commerce experience is preferred. * Time management skills and ability to prioritize projects as necessary * Experience in financial analysis and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management. * Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. * Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Nielsen and/or IRI/Circana, SAP experience extremely helpful. Line technicians play a crucial role in the production process and collaborate closely with other team members, such as production supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel. They help to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to customers. Job Safety Requirements: Safety is our top priority. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 2 to 5 year of experience in a fast paced production environment - food experience is preferred. Must be physically fit and able to work on feet most of the day. Capable of lifting 75 pounds repetitively. Demonstrated success at attention to detail Ability to independently examine information and/or situations, evaluates potential impact, options, and makes recommendations First shift 5am - 230pm Second Shift 230pm - Finish
