General Description:The Head of Global Clinical Process Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes across multiple locations or regions. Their role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality. In this role you will perform an analysis of current clinical operations processes, systems, and infrastructure including regional considerations to ensure the organization can seamlessly execute global clinical trials across multiple indications in Oncology. You will also provide strategic guidance and oversight of the Global Process Excellence function within Clinical Operations. This role reports into the Clinical Operations Excellence (COE) organization and will be a key leader on the COE Leadership Team, helping to shape the Clinical Operations strategy, and ensuring the vision for process excellence is effectively communicated and implemented.Essential Functions of the Job:
Strategically lead all efforts related to ensuring clinical operations process excellence
Conduct gap analyses; identify potential risks to clinical operations related to process and inspection readiness; operationalize mitigation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders/leadership
Strategically evaluate and implement solutions to address any operational geographic gaps related to ensuring clinical operations process team is set up for optimal execution
Optimize current state clinical operations processes and maintain document lifecycle management and continuous process improvements
Develop and communicate future state strategies to clinical operations leadership team
Support organizational change management efforts for Clinical Operations
Provide strategic expertise and facilitate leadership alignment of cross functional SOPs
Effective partnership and collaboration with cross functional leaders/stakeholders (e.g. Clinical Development, Data Management, Quality, Regulatory) as it relates to planning, interdependencies, and risk mitigations for global processes.
Partners with cross functional teams, Global Clinical Operations Global Process Owners to design and implement a clear, well-defined process with clear inputs, outputs, and roles & responsibilities - integrates people, process, and technology components of process design.
Leads Global Clinical Operations process improvement teams/workstreams tasked with re-designing or improving processes including establishing timeline for process improvement projects.
Develops process maps and other process documentation to facilitate the team's analysis and optimization of processes.
Assists Global Clinical Operations, Global Process Owner with change management and implementation of process improvements.
Keep Global Clinical Development key stakeholders and other relevant functions informed of new processes or process updates requiring SOP updates owned by Global Clinical Operations function. Reviews SOPs and training documentation resulting from these new processes or process improvements.
Chair Global Clinical Operations SOP Governance Board. Develop and maintain Governance charter, process.
Monitor key metrics and partners with Global Clinical Operations, Global Process Owner to identify and address gaps/deficiencies.
Works with CRO partners to ensure optimization of key process interfaces to ensure seamless integration of internal and external activities as required.
Works with Global Process Owner to capture and communicate Lessons Learned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Develops direct and indirect reports to enhance the business across all areas.
Leads and develops staff, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Computer Skills:
Efficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Project).

Deep experience and expertise in end-to-end clinical trial processes including experience in one or more key functions (e.g., clinical research, clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, project management)
Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills in a complex, matrix environment including team leadership or project management
Experience in clinical trial process design, harmonization/optimization, and implementation
Understanding of industry trends (e.g., regulatory, technology) with ability to apply them to process improvement.
Six Sigma certification and/or experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Power Point) desirable.

General Description:
The Director, Global Clinical Operations, Compliance builds, collaborates and manages key relations to better support and understand the compliance-related needs of the business and drive the compliance activities within Global Clinical Operations. Provides quality guidance, direction and expertise to GCO stakeholders for the compliant conduct of study programs; designs, implements and monitors measures to reduce compliance risks and enhance successful clinical trial conduct. Essential Functions of the job:
Identifies and anticipates potential issues impacting the ability to meet business goals; develops and implements methods of improvement and resolution.
Independently leads and/or participates in global and cross-functional initiatives, working groups and project teams as a decision maker, subject matter expert or reviewer of initiatives and solutions to ensure compliance with ICH GCP, applicable laws and regulations and consistency within BeiGene Quality Management System.
Works collaboratively with global and regional study teams to ensure that proper root cause assessments, corrective and preventive actions for quality issues, site non-compliance, audit and inspection findings are in place, and that lessons learnt are disseminated and actioned upon within the broader GCO organization. Identifies and escalates significant compliance issues within GCO and to relevant leadership, including assessment of serious breaches.
Contributes to the design and implementation of risk identification and management strategies for clinical studies and other regulated drug development activities. Works collaboratively with internal and external business partners and key stakeholders to provide expertise and consultative guidance on business initiatives involving systems, processes, procedures, regulations and tools intended for use in clinical study conduct and other regulated drug development activities to ensure compliance with ICH GCP, applicable laws and regulations and BeiGene policies and procedures.
Maintains the highest level of expertise in global GCP guidance and regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies and procedures impacting drug development to promote quality and compliance within GCO. Embeds quality principles throughout the organization.
Supports quality issue trending, analysis, and review activities to proactively identify broader issues and/or patterns within the GCO organization; leads the design and implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions, as applicable; escalates the identified issues with broader organizational impact within GCO and to relevant leadership.
Ensures provision of actionable data and insights regarding the state of quality and compliance to GCO leadership and other stakeholders as requested i.e., GCOE.

Oversees the work of indirect/direct reports, as assigned, to ensure on-time, on-target and within budget results. Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, guidance and feedback to ensure indirect/direct reports are successful in their work, as well as have the necessary and timely access to information and other resources. Supports the professional development of direct/indirect reports, as applicable.
Conducts regular one-on-one and any other staff meetings to ensure timely communication with indirect/direct reports. Provides feedback on formal performance reviews and career development planning for all indirect reports.
Manages budget for assigned projects and/or activities. Maintains operational and budgetary awareness of the overall GCO Compliance project portfolio, as applicable.
Education / Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Quality Management, or related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Quality Management, or related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience can be in drug development, clinical operations, clinical quality assurance, medical affairs, clinical regulatory compliance or a related field.

General Description:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Director responsible for providing comprehensive financial and accounting support to the Hopewell (NJ) site and External Manufacturing operations. This role drives business planning, financial control, performance monitoring, investment analysis, and decision support activities to enable sustainable and competitive manufacturing performance. The position is a key member of the Global Tech Ops (GTO) Finance team and reports directly to the Vice President of GTO Finance.

Essential Functions of the Job:
Lead Finance team supporting Hopewell (NJ) Manufacturing and External Manufacturing Operations, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Oversee all accounting activities and maintain robust financial controls for both Hopewell Manufacturing and External Manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
Review and approve monthly operating results, guaranteeing precise accounting treatment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Deliver comprehensive monthly financial reports, providing in-depth analysis of cost trends, variances, and forward-looking projections to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with leadership teams to drive operational performance, proactively identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
Lead the development, presentation, and management of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-range strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Review and approve annual standard product cost calculations, ensuring methodologies reflect budget assumptions.
Support capital investment decisions and oversee capital project accounting, providing financial insights to guide investments and manage project financials.
Advise the leadership team on strategic projects and investment decisions, offering financial guidance for key initiatives.
Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and reporting reliability.
Actively participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects, leveraging financial expertise to optimize systems and reporting capabilities.
Education Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting required
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree with 10 + years of accounting/financial experience with 8 plus years of relevant finance experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in supporting manufacturing organizations. Experience in cost accounting is required.
Master's degree in Finance or Accounting with 8 + years of relevant finance experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in supporting manufacturing organizations is preferred.
Experience in cost accounting is required.
CPA preferred.
Strong financial control, reporting and analytical skills with demonstrated business impact in previous roles.
Significant experience in inventory and product cost accounting within pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, influencing decision-making across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Essential Functions of the Job:
