    We're looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team and provide hands-on leadership for large-scale electrical projects across a variety of industries. In this role, you'll oversee daily field operations, guide crews, and ensure each project is completed safely, on time, on budget, and in full compliance with customer and regulatory expectations. Our work spans construction, manufacturing, power plants, commercial facilities, aggregates, oil and gas, production plants, coal, solar, wind energy, and more-so adaptability and strong technical knowledge are key. This position requires proven experience managing complex electrical projects and a willingness to pursue additional licensing as needed. The ideal candidate is comfortable supervising teams, solving problems in the field, and keeping productivity on track while maintaining exceptional communication with both customers and internal teams. Because we support customers around the clock, flexibility is important-this role may involve answering calls or working extended hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays. Support includes, but is not limited to, facilitating coalition meetings, creating content and resources for chapters and coalition partners, providing training and education for organizers and chapter members, speaking at public events about petrochemicals and sustainable economic development work, and acting as a personal point of contact for partner organizations and our most engaged volunteers. Additionally, this position will be responsible for tracking program efforts, planning and executing local events, and serving as organization's on-the-ground contact for coalition and community work. Have knowledge of interstate pipeline delivery point economics in order to effectively communicate with Sales representatives and ensure seamless execution of Sales deals & commodity movements.
