Position Summary:
The Division Trade Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring company adheres to all applicable U.S. Government laws and regulations, alongside the company's own policies and the aerospace industry's standard export and import practices. This position demands a deep understanding of the import and export processes, regulatory frameworks such as Customs, ITAR, EAR, and FTR, and a keen ability to assess and manage risk. As an empowered official, the trade compliance manager is tasked with overseeing and securing necessary licenses and agreements from key U.S. Government bodies, including the State and Commerce Departments, ensuring these are executed in line with strict regulations and company standards. The role involves comprehensive oversight of trade compliance program to guarantee compliant importation and exportation of hardware, technical data, and software, leading investigations into any potential regulatory breaches or policy violations and providing guidance on various trade compliance related matters such as document legends, records retention, and Deemed Exports. Additionally, the trade compliance manager serves as a mentor, offering vital export compliance training to staff within the Division to foster a culture of compliance and awareness.
Essential Functions:
* Manages and leads division export and import compliance programs at multiple sites to assure compliance with USG and regulations. Selected candidate will be responsible for multiple programs with high volume and complex licensing (DDTC, BIS) and technical assistance agreements.
* Oversee GTFSD"s CTPAT Trade Compliance Program.
* Manage customs broker and freight forwarder relationships.
* Serves as subject matter expert and internal consultant on overall licensing and export and import process, regulatory requirements, and evaluation of risk.
* Provides guidance and training to program and export compliance personnel on Government regulations and company policy (e.g., parts classifications, TAAs, MLAs).
* Leads and investigates potential violations of USG export and import regulations and/or company policy.
* Serves as Division Lead for Secure Government Programs
* Provides support to team members as needed to ensure fulfillment of outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s degree (BA) in Business Administration & Export Compliance certification preferred (e.g. Certified Export Compliance Professional (CECP) or equivalent) unless JD or MBA.
* 7 or more years of related experience, including 5 or more years of strong ITAR and EAR export licensing and compliance experience.
* Experience writing and submitting technical assistance agreements (TAA) and manufacturing license agreements (MLA).
* Experienced user of Government licensing sites (DECCS, SNAP-R) and the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE)
* Ability to facilitate work within and across teams and varied functions and levels of leadership, and customer and supplier contacts.
* Broad understanding and knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and a working knowledge of the Federal Trade Regulations (FTR).
* Able to lead process improvements; able to oversee/conduct training and rollout efforts to institutionalize process improvements.
* Ability to emphasize importance of export compliance practices to Division staff and leadership through effective communications and training.
* Ability to effectively communicate and present status, actions, recommendations, and other technical information with clarity and precision. Able to respond to significant inquiries from customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, or other teams.

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.

Summary
The Supervisor Inventory reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and has overall responsibility for tracking incoming and finished goods materials, packaging supplies, etc. required in the warehousing and distribution of customer products. Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues and office support to the I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping office personnel.
Facilitates and executes the hold process for local site
Track day-to-day facility inventory costs as they affect facility KPI's and effectively communicate results to appropriate team members
Ensure daily communications and shift meetings provide the necessary information for employees to do their jobs consistently well while making them feel a real part of the team

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.

1. Diagnose malfunctioning equipment such as transformers, motors, rectifiers, instrumentation, wiring, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.
2. Replace faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, switches and motors and positions sensing devices.
3. Bend conduit; install new wiring for sensors, valves, actuators, and other electrical devices used for machine and process control.
4. Fix machine controls using a PLC, servo, stepper, and basic relay logic controls.
Mechanical: Repair and maintain mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic components on production machines such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, material handling systems, automated assembly machines, and conveyor systems.
1. Repair/replace damaged air, chemical, water and hydraulic hoses/pipes on machine and measures, cuts, threads and installs new hoses/pipe.
2. Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment or other problems, replace as needed.
3. Aligns and adjust components on machines to improve or correct machine functionality and part quality.
4. Moves machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks
5. Sets up and operates metalworking tools such as lathe, drill press or grinder to make or repair parts.
6. Braze, weld, cut, solder and metalize as required to effect repairs
Test all repairs and installations for accurate functionality and proper performance. Record all work completed in the company asset tracking software, communicating issues, parts used and need to restock components to Maintenance Supervisor.
