All assemblies are built using engineering drawings and sketches. The technician is responsible for ensuring rivets are installed per the standard AC43.13 requirements. Builds Mechanical Assemblies using engineering drawings and/or work instructions. Review completed work and ensure that the final assemblies and details are protected from damage. Ensure that all assembly work meet quality standards. Perform testing and functional checks of assembled products. Review drawings, and parts lists for accuracy and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues. Tear-down, evaluate and repair of returned components. Resolve assembly and documentation problems, report problems to the appropriate lead or supervisor for assistance and follows up with all non-compliance issues. Other Duties as assigned.
