Summary
In this rotational program, you will spend 12 months between two to three different roles, all within Ryder's Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial vertical. In these roles, you will gain valuable operational experience in distribution management, dedicated transportation and supply chain engineering solutions. Additionally, you will have a program advocate, a product offering mentor, as well as exposure to executive leadership. As a Leadership Development Program employee, you will move physical locations 1-2 times during a 12-18 month rotational assignment.
Essential Functions
Supervise, coordinate and oversee three different day to day Supply Chain operations, including but not limited to Warehousing, Logistics Optimization Centers, Dedicated Transportation and Engineering
Plan and review, in collaboration with the site leadership team, all logistics processes, ensuring that they meet the company standards and customer service specifications
Participate in project based activities as requested by site leadership, i.e. - continuous improvement kaizen events with CI team, shadow Analytics team, etc.
Responsible for communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by tracking, adjusting, continuous improvement, etc.
Travel as required to assist locations and required to move physical locations 1-2 times per 18 months.
Present to various stakeholders Customers and management regarding process changes and feedback. Mid-program presentations to executive leadership.
Meet regularly with site leadership, established mentors, program advocates. i.e. - formal and informal touchpoints, virtual learning opportunities, development sessions. etc.

What You Will Do: The Project Scheduler shall be responsible for providing scheduling services for client projects and will support client related construction, design/build, and architecture and engineering projects.The Project Scheduler shall be responsible for understanding all aspects of the design and construction processes to develop and review schedules and integrated master schedules. The Project Scheduler shall develop and review project management plans and provide detailed schedules, recommendations, and be able to document schedule variances. The Project Scheduler shall be able to perform time impact analysis, critical path analysis, track changes that affect the schedule, and provide input on the cost impact associated with schedule issues. Will be the primary coordinator and integrator of all schedules for the construction, fit-out, occupancy and Time impact analyses (TIAs). The project scheduler should be familiar with schedule analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and forecasting. This position description provides a baseline of areas. However, this list does not restrict performance requested on other related assignments.
The Project Scheduler will support the client in the following areas, to include but not limited to:
Understanding of all phases in construction projects.
Developing and maintain schedules and integrated master schedules.
Developing project management plans.
Developing Work Breakdown Structure and activity coding.
Developing and/or incorporate schedule information from vendors (design, IT/AV, FF&E, security, move management, etc.) with general contractor schedule and master program schedule.

What You Will Need:

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$133,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
