Pay Transparency Range:
California: The full-time annualized salary range is $90,000 - $115,000.
The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Job description
Accurately and efficiently mask and de-mask aerospace products that meet AS9100 quality standards. May perform lock wiring and final detailing functions. Works on products that contain mostly mechanical and some electrical components, single and some dual hydraulic systems, and multiple part families. Actively contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Receives limited supervisory guidance.
Responsibilities:
* Masks and De-Masks units before and after they are painted per blueprint/instructions
* Interprets blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives.
* Produces and inspects assemblies that conform to product specifications.
* Assembles to customer and/or industry standards.
* Performs touchâup or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, glaze, etc.
* Mixes paint and cleans parts.
* Actively participates in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement.
* May assist in training less experienced team members.
* Observes all safety rules and maintains a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area.
* Ensures all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule.
* May perform other related responsibilities.
