**Summary**
The Senior Manager Logistics provides leadership for the Distribution Center and supervisors, who are directly responsible for turn-key warehousing and transportation solutions. The incumbent will have and maintain high level interface directly with the customer on a regular basis.
**Essential Functions**
+ Interface directly with the customer to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
+ Strategic operational planning and execution for the operation.
+ Identify and/or solve operational issues with the account(s) by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives, to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results.
+ Hire, supervise, develop and manage performance for employees and maintain a positive employee relations environment at assigned account(s).
+ Maintain open and effective communications within the work group(s) and with other work groups within the organization. Review data, identify and implement necessary actions as required.
+ May manage the profit and loss statements based on the complexity and scope of the organization.
+ Lead a proactive safety program within the work group(s) consistent with company policy in order to provide a safe and secure work environment. Instruct and enforce location safety management plans, training and processes. Monitor the maintenance of equipment for assigned work group(s) by using checklists and observations as required.

Job Summary:
The FalconCare Maintenance Representative will provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft. This includes making recommendations with respect to cost effective repair options while ensuring that Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) meets its contractual support obligations to these programs. Negotiate with service providers as necessary to resolve any invoicing disputes. Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of any invoicing or coverage disputes and to control associated costs
Principal Duties:
Provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft
Provide answers to questions regarding FalconCare, warranty and commercial program coverage
Recommend cost effective repair options while ensuring DFJ meets contractual support obligations to programs
Assist review and processing of FalconCare and warranty invoices
Negotiate with service providers to resolve invoicing disputes
Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of invoicing/coverage disputes and to control associated costs
Analyze expense elements to focus company attention on cost saving areas
Coordinate/assist as needed with support personnel (Spares Account Reps, Field Service Reps, Help Desk, and Service Engineering) to ensure proper level of customer support
Provide training to customers and service center personnel on FalconCare and warranty processes
Non-Principal Duties:
Make recommendations for increased dispatch reliability and cost efficient maintenance
Work with authorized service centers in establishment of new flat rates and periodic review and updating of existing flat rates for scheduled inspections and frequently seen tasks
Review in-service aircraft prior to enrollment
Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
FAA A&P license required
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on technical experience on corporate aircraft, preferably Falcons
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer facing position with proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns
Solid understanding of business; make sound financial decisions in maintenance, warranty and aircraft repairs
Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple groups to keep schedules and deadlines
Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills

Responsible for Triage of unscheduled customer drive-ins, and for communicating with customers and assigning work to technicians as appropriate
Responsible for conducting yard checks to ensure proper work scheduling and prioritization
Labor Management
Provides management, training and development of all personnel assigned

Customer Management:
Responsible for customer relationship management to include issue resolutions, customer satisfaction and retention, as well as ensuring vehicle uptime
Responsible for customer communication protocol as it pertains to PM Scheduling & follow-up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates
Conduct customer visits as required by the Customer Care Plan
Asset Management:
Directs his/her direct reports in maintaining the appearance and maintenance of assigned location, including sustaining 65 standards in all relevant shop areas of responsibility
Evaluates needs and makes recommendation for shop tooling and equipment requirements
Assist in the management and oversight of vehicle specifications and vehicle in· service/out-service process
Assist in ensuring all vehicles have required specifications in SAM
Responsible for Parts Inventory management, policies and procedures
Quality Management:
Responsible for Quality Inspections of PM & repairs, as well as performing In Process Reviews of non-PM work
Perform breakdown root cause analysis, implement corrective actions locally, and when necessary, communicate issues to Technical Assistance Center
Ensure Cleanliness and quality of repair for all maintained vehicles
Work with Service Manager to ensure all technicians are properly trained and qualified, and TOPS plan is prioritized based upon Breakdown, Rework and Running Cost trends
Maintain control/visibility over shop floor activities to ensure proper root cause diagnosis by technicians and that the yield on all parts/components is optimized
Assist in the development and ensure implementation of Quality Assurance Audit Corrective Action plans and Continuous Improvement programs
Accountable for maintenance of all relevant documentation required to meet and/or exceed local, state, federal, as well as customer requirements
Ensure Employee compliance with Safety and EPA regulations and requirements
Financial Management:
Responsible for ensuring shift/shop delivers against Net Maintenance Cost per Unit objectives without sacrificing quality, safety or customer satisfaction
Responsible for cost control measures related to maintenance operations budget and location P&L statement to meet financial objectives

MINIMUM REQUIRES QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
Must have minimum 5 years' experience with Falcon models.
Must have or be able to obtain within 6 months APU & Engine Run certification qualified on at least (1) Falcon aircraft model.
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in an aviation maintenance environment.

Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station / Quality Control Manual relative to the scope of their normally assigned duties and keep personnel assigned to their crew aware of the Quality Control systems and procedures relative to their assignments.
Possess a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91 and 145; and 135 as required.
Possess working knowledge of aircraft factory modifications, service bulletins, inspection program requirements, vendor information and all other procedures, publications and general information pertaining to aircraft.
Strong computer skills including Word processing, Excel spreadsheets and project management applications.
Demonstrated project management skills.

Ensures the use of applicable technical data, including but not limited to the methods, techniques and practices prescribed in the current manufacturer's maintenance manual.

Monitors all work performed by the crew to ensure that all work accomplished meets quality standards and is airworthy.

Performs structural repairs/alterations in accordance with FARs, manufacturer's technical publications and drawings and within DFJ-WC schedules and FAA standards and regulations.
Manufactures form and molding blocks.
Fabricates sheet metal parts requiring flanges and contouring.
Produce and fabricate tooling and parts to aid in the repair of components or aircraft parts for MRO and SRC.
Lays out and forms doublers, stringers, angles, channels, zee sections and hat sections.
Parts fabrication, layout, drilling, riveting, deburring, polishing, and installation of parts.
Knowledge of close tolerances for interference fit fasteners.
Bearing and bushing replacement as required.
Sets up and operates heavy machine tools including but not limited to power brakes, drill press, and shears.
Ability to execute assigned tasks from a set of drawings, SRM, sketches, or verbal instructions.
Completes daily tasks with accuracy and completeness.
Works in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and Company Procedures advising the Supervisor immediately of any unsafe or hazardous equipment or working facility.
Maintains a clean working area.
Completes his/her work within allocated target hours and on schedule.
Occasionally, performs fabrication and installation of Avionics STC systems, flight controls and associated airframe systems.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position typically falls between $85,000 and $95,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.

Responsibilities
Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:
Performs standard vehicle maintenance
Performs preventive maintenance
Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections & repairs with minimal supervision
Replaces defective components as instructed
Works unsupervised on most tasks
Performs facility maintenance duties
Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.
Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available.
Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT).
Acts as mentor for Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels.
Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents.

Job Description
The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst plays a key role within the Shared Services team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives, provides analytical insights, and serves as a subject matter expert for AP processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of end-to-end AP operations, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Perform daily AP operations including invoice processing and vendor account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze AP data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and Finance teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
Act as a liaison with vendors to address inquiries, disputes, and payment status.
Assist in system upgrades, implementations, and automation initiatives.
Train and mentor junior AP staff and support onboarding of new team members.
Provide support for AP metrics/dashboards for presentation to leadership.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable with hands-on experience in SAP or similar ERP and invoice processing software, such as Esker.
Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay end-to-end cycle and financial controls.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, Florida is seeking a full time Maintenance Crew Chief (weekend shift 4/10 schedule) who will be responsible for the efficient execution of the work scope and for the maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations performed under the authority of the FAA Certificated Repair Station. The Aircraft Crew Chief performs tasks and ensures tasks, within the scope of their normally assigned duties, are performed using established standards of quality and airworthiness.
MINIMUM REQUIRES QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or GED
* Possess FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
* Must have minimum 5 years' experience with Falcon models.
* Must have or be able to obtain within 6 months APU & Engine Run certification qualified on at least (1) Falcon aircraft model.
* Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in an aviation maintenance environment.

* Possess a working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations and in particular, CFR parts 43, 91 and 145; and 135 as required.
* Possess working knowledge of aircraft factory modifications, service bulletins, inspection program requirements, vendor information and all other procedures, publications and general information pertaining to aircraft.
* Strong computer skills including Word processing, Excel spreadsheets and project management applications.
* Demonstrated project management skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Hangar and ramp environments with variable temperature range normal to Florida weather in the area. Melbourne hangar will be air conditioned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Effectively lead teams with the Customer Projects Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector assigned to the aircraft to efficiently execute the aircraft work scope and communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
* Attend customer debrief meetings for all aircraft assigned.
* Assigns maintenance technicians and Quality Control Inspector personnel on crews and from support shops to perform the tasks required by the work scope and monitors performance to plan.
* Oversees the daily activities of assigned work crews taking necessary action to ensure that all work is completed within schedule and estimated labor and material costs
* Drives the team for maximum efficiency and effective use of available resources including assignment of overtime as required and authorized and accurately charging labor hours to the appropriate Work Order Squawk
* Assigns the tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards, paying particular attention to appropriately assigning tasks to the QC Inspectors
* Ensures the use of applicable technical data, including but not limited to the methods, techniques and practices prescribed in the current manufacturer's maintenance manual.

* Insures that assigned crews follow adequate safety precautions and procedures, inspect equipment to ensure it meets company safety and OSHA standards.
* Supervise a continuous safety program in their area of responsibility, including operation of support equipment, aircraft systems, housekeeping, and hazardous materials.
* Maintains a focus on Human Factors in the workplace and drives to zero defects in workmanship and safety. Supports the Quality Issues Notification system.
* Promotes and fosters an environment that provides the team with opportunities to succeed. Contributes to the annual performance evaluation of personnel assigned under their leadership. Monitors and documents employee performance throughout the performance period.
