Summary
The Logistics Manager is responsible to manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts. This includes P&L responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations and safety.
Essential Functions
Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
Be responsible for the payroll of employees.
Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.
Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Workflow Management:
Responsible for work analysis, planning and scheduling, scheduling and assigning work to technicians, productivity tracking and optimization, shift and shop meetings, and RO review and approval
Ensures all warranty policies and procedures are executed
Responsible for Triage of unscheduled customer drive-ins, and for communicating with customers and assigning work to technicians as appropriate
Responsible for conducting yard checks to ensure proper work scheduling and prioritization
Labor Management
Provides management, training and development of all personnel assigned
Responsible for Performance Management of all assigned personnel
Customer Management:
Responsible for customer relationship management to include issue resolutions, customer satisfaction and retention, as well as ensuring vehicle uptime
Responsible for customer communication protocol as it pertains to PM Scheduling & follow-up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates
Conduct customer visits as required by the Customer Care Plan
Asset Management:
Directs his/her direct reports in maintaining the appearance and maintenance of assigned location, including sustaining 65 standards in all relevant shop areas of responsibility
Evaluates needs and makes recommendation for shop tooling and equipment requirements
Assist in the management and oversight of vehicle specifications and vehicle in· service/out-service process
Assist in ensuring all vehicles have required specifications in SAM
Responsible for Parts Inventory management, policies and procedures
Quality Management:
Responsible for Quality Inspections of PM & repairs, as well as performing In Process Reviews of non-PM work
Perform breakdown root cause analysis, implement corrective actions locally, and when necessary, communicate issues to Technical Assistance Center
Ensure Cleanliness and quality of repair for all maintained vehicles
Work with Service Manager to ensure all technicians are properly trained and qualified, and TOPS plan is prioritized based upon Breakdown, Rework and Running Cost trends
Maintain control/visibility over shop floor activities to ensure proper root cause diagnosis by technicians and that the yield on all parts/components is optimized
Assist in the development and ensure implementation of Quality Assurance Audit Corrective Action plans and Continuous Improvement programs
Accountable for maintenance of all relevant documentation required to meet and/or exceed local, state, federal, as well as customer requirements
Ensure Employee compliance with Safety and EPA regulations and requirements
Financial Management:
Responsible for ensuring shift/shop delivers against Net Maintenance Cost per Unit objectives without sacrificing quality, safety or customer satisfaction
Responsible for cost control measures related to maintenance operations budget and location P&L statement to meet financial objectives
Responsible for successful execution of Maintenance Initiatives to attain or exceed specified financial targets
Responsible for Payroll, Purchase Order approval, as warranted, and invoice reconciliation, and fuel reconciliation
Responsible for the customer bill back process to include identification, review and approval of bill back opportunities
Responsible for ensuring proper documentation and explanation/ reporting of re·billable activity
Ensure data integrity in the Shop Management Online system

Job Summary:
The FalconCare Maintenance Representative will provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft. This includes making recommendations with respect to cost effective repair options while ensuring that Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) meets its contractual support obligations to these programs. Negotiate with service providers as necessary to resolve any invoicing disputes. Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of any invoicing or coverage disputes and to control associated costs
Principal Duties:
Provide on location oversight of maintenance being performed on FalconCare covered aircraft
Provide answers to questions regarding FalconCare, warranty and commercial program coverage
Recommend cost effective repair options while ensuring DFJ meets contractual support obligations to programs
Assist review and processing of FalconCare and warranty invoices
Negotiate with service providers to resolve invoicing disputes
Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of invoicing/coverage disputes and to control associated costs
Analyze expense elements to focus company attention on cost saving areas
Coordinate/assist as needed with support personnel (Spares Account Reps, Field Service Reps, Help Desk, and Service Engineering) to ensure proper level of customer support
Provide training to customers and service center personnel on FalconCare and warranty processes
Non-Principal Duties:
Make recommendations for increased dispatch reliability and cost efficient maintenance
Work with authorized service centers in establishment of new flat rates and periodic review and updating of existing flat rates for scheduled inspections and frequently seen tasks
Review in-service aircraft prior to enrollment

Minimum Qualifications:
FAA A&P license required
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on technical experience on corporate aircraft, preferably Falcons

Solid understanding of business; make sound financial decisions in maintenance, warranty and aircraft repairs

Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Crew Lead. The Crew Lead is responsible for the efficient execution of the work scope. The Crew Lead ensures tasks, within the scope of their normally assigned duties, are performed using established standards of quality and airworthiness. The Crew Lead is responsible to the accountable Manager for Repair Station Operations conducted under 14 CFR 145.
JOBS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively teams with the respective Maintenance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector assigned to the aircraft to efficiently execute the aircraft work scope and communicates at all levels of the organization and with customers as directed.
Attends the customer debrief as directed.
Assigns technicians to perform the tasks as directed by the Crew Chief. Assigns QC Inspector to perform inspection of work performed as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Ensures the use of applicable technical data, including but not limited to, the methods, techniques and practices prescribed in the current manufacturer's maintenance manual.
Ensures that personnel assigned to perform tasks are qualified to perform the task and identifies training requirements.
Ensures that aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms are completed in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSQCM.
Provides for the shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSQCM
Collaborates and cooperates with the assigned Maintenance Supervisor to achieve the on time and on budget objectives of the work scope.
Collaborates and cooperates with the assigned QA Inspector to achieve aircraft approval for return to service.
Drives daily activities toward providing services and deliverables to the customer that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
Ensures that crews maintain good housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5S system of “sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.” Takes immediate action to maintain a clean safe environment.

Tool Control: It is the responsibility of every employee to inventory their tools at the end of their shift and whenever moving from one aircraft project to another. It is also the responsibility of the employee to return company tools to the tool room at the end of each shift or prior to moving to another aircraft. Proper tool control is mandated by the FAA and our Repair Station and Quality Control Manual. It is imperative to have the correct tool logged to the aircraft that it is being used on for calibration usage and recall purposes.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the respective Maintenance Supervisor.
Extended travel to offsite locations to perform job duties and/or training may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
A & P license
Valid and active driver's license
Falcon experience
Proven ability to lead and direct aircraft technicians and mechanics.
Ability to organize and assign technical work and follow up complex projects.
Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business-like manner.

Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, Florida is seeking a full-time first shift Quality Control Inspector in 2025 who will be primarily responsible for performing inspections of aircraft maintenance and alterations for quality and airworthiness.
The Quality Control Inspector may also perform aircraft maintenance (including inspection), preventive maintenance and alteration and assist customers with technical and operational support relative to the customer's aircraft.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for Quality Assurance for quality and airworthiness and may report to Maintenance Supervision for the assignment of aircraft maintenance tasks.
Using technical data acceptable to and/or approved by the FAA, the Quality Control Inspector provides inspection and approval for return to service with respect to work performed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a Mechanics certificate with Airframe and Power plant ratings.

Minimum 5 years' experience working on our Falcon models.
