Essential Functions

Prioritize and approve shop tooling and equipment requirements based on needs and scope. Management and oversight of vehicle specifications and vehicle in-service/out-service process. Provide expert insight during business unit asset management review. Ensure all vehicles have required specifications in SAM. Oversight of Parts Inventory management, policies and procedures
Quality Management: Performs complex quality planning by developing corrective action and counter measures to operational quality issues. Oversight and/or execution of Quality Inspection of PM & repairs, as well as In Process Reviews of non-PM work. Maintain control/visibility over shop floor activities to ensure proper root cause diagnosis by technicians and that the yield on all parts/components is optimized. Responsible for all Mandatory Compliance items at the Shop Level as identified on the Quality Review inspection list. Accountable for all Quality Metrics within the Shop. Lead breakdown root cause analysis, implement corrective actions locally, and when necessary, communicate issues to Technical Assistance Center. Develop and ensure implementation of Quality Assurance Audit Corrective Action plans and Continuous Improvement programs. We are seeking a highly skilled Illustration
Analyst with deep experience in life insurance product modeling and calculations. This role focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining accurate illustration models using VPMS, Excel, and Assure Product Engine, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of life and annuity products, actuarial concepts, and illustration logic, and is capable of bridging the gap between actuarial modeling and illustration system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain VPMS-based illustration models, including rate testing and product logic validation.
Support Assure Product Engine implementation by mapping complex product structures into the illustration platform.
Collaborate with actuarial, product, and development teams to ensure illustration calculations are accurate, consistent, and compliant.
Build and validate life and annuity product illustrations in Excel, including robust testing frameworks and calculation audits.
Script calculation logic using Excel VBA and other scripting tools (e.g., JavaScript) to prototype or troubleshoot illustration outputs.
Apply in-depth knowledge of insurance product structure and regulatory rules (e.g., CVAT, guideline premium tests) to support compliant model development.
Support quality assurance for new product launches, updates, and system conversions by performing regression and compliance testing.
Document model assumptions, test results, and illustration rules to support audit and business review processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (actuarial, IT, product) on end-to-end illustration development lifecycle.
Ensure alignment with industry data standards such as ACORD, where applicable.
Use GIT or similar tools for version control of illustration models and testing assets.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with life insurance illustrations, preferably in a modeling, testing, or business analyst capacity.
Strong working knowledge of VPMS (modeling, testing, and rate logic) and Assure Product Engine.
Solid actuarial foundation or experience in life/annuity calculations; ASA/FSA designation or actuarial exam progress preferred.
Expertise in Excel-based calculations, including testing life and annuity product illustrations and building prototypes.
Proficiency with Excel VBA, and scripting familiarity with JavaScript or similar languages.
Deep understanding of insurance product structures, including Term, UL, IUL, SUL, and associated riders.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance (CVAT, guideline premiums, etc.) in the context of illustration logic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related technical discipline.
Exposure to ACORD standards, web-based deployment environments, and GIT/version control tools.
Experience working in illustration development or testing teams at a life insurance company or vendor.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both actuarial and technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple illustration projects in parallel.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $92,800 - $172,500.

+ Provide advanced process tuning for Boiler or BOP processes.
+ Work with plant operations teams, while at site, to ensure effective tuning of plant processes for optimized productivity of steam and electricity.
+ Develop and implement startup and tuning activities for major retrofit projects.
+ Generate and store tuning reports for all site tuning.
+ Work with stimulation group to startup and tune high fidelity systems for different customer units.
+ Conduct site acceptance and performance testing for major retrofit projects to meet contractual performance targets.
+ Apply highly specialized knowledge and skills in an advisory or technical assistant role to engineering and management teams on complex technical or related problems.
+ Contact customers to review and promote their needs for service, maintenance contracts, system adds, and stand-alone system requirements.
+ Develop and advise the implementation of "engineered system" projects or system adds using current and non-current technologies.
+ Provide project management on large projects during installation, start-up, or where it is required to supervise our subcontractors (such as system installers).
+ Provide recommendations for hiring of Field Engineers and participate in interviews, performance evaluations, etc.
+ Analyze, investigate, and resolve customer warranty and policy claims. This requires an in-depth knowledge of the obligations and restrictions set forth by warranties and policies so that claims can be settled promptly and efficiently.

The Mixed Signal Hardware Engineer will design and build mixed signal circuit cards which are used to interface to the customers device under test. These circuit cards include both digital and analog circuits used to provide switching, loads and signal conditioning in a test system!
The Senior Hardware Engineer will be directly responsible for product design and validation along with reviewing designs of other engineers and mentoring new team members!
**Key Qualifications**

**Qualifications:**
+ 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
+ End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
+ Prior technical experience with Oracle Cloud or with integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
