Job Summary
Under the guidance of Cost Estimating management, the Lead Cost Estimator prepares cost estimates for mid-sized to large capital construction projects with moderate to high complexity. This role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and other team members to develop and update project cost estimates. The Lead Cost Estimator adheres to established departmental procedures, guidelines, and best practices throughout the estimate development process and when documenting the basis of estimate, while also supporting management in the development and continuous improvement of existing procedures and practices. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Essential Functions
Collaborates with the Project Manager and team to create cost estimates at various scope maturity levels using InEight Estimate application and Excel.
Collects project scope details, drawings, schedules, and execution strategies. Prepares and maintains the Basis of Estimate document to support development of cost estimates
Perform QC checks on estimates prepared by fellow Estimators on the team and review and assessment of cost estimates completed by others. Provides feedback in prioritized and comprehensive format and develops formal Cost Estimate Review Reports when required.
Develop cost estimate by identifying work packages, quantifying scope elements, estimating direct cost line items and construction indirect costs, and estimating project "soft" costs such as project management, construction management, etc.
Support development of project budget contingency to account for estimate uncertainties and potential project risks events. Participates in risk evaluation sessions or pre-construction reviews, and ensures risks are documented and assessed in terms of probability and impact to enable project team development of risk mitigation plans and contingencies
Assists with preparing and assessing change order impact estimates, mentors' junior estimators, contribute to initiatives in business process improvements.
Conduct site visits of future and ongoing construction project sites to support cost estimate development and gain knowledge of craft/discipline scope of work.
Minimum Qualifications

* Build and deliver project plans, status reports and metrics on test case development, test execution progress, track and monitor defect corrections, identify project dependencies and constraints
* Identify improvement opportunities for the organization and be an advocate for change
* Work in an agile environment with global implementation and operations teams
* Lead coordination for the training and other events that help share knowledge and skills with other team members
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
* Experience managing work on Cloud HR products such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, SuccessFactors
* Thrive in a diverse, fast paced, global environment
* Experienced in use of project management tools and methodologies
* Working knowledge of Agile methodology and practices
* Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems
* Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands
* College Degree in a related field with 5+ years professional experience
* 5 years minimum experience as a project manager
* Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and team with others
* Excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements to stakeholders, functional COE teams and vendors

Farm Route/Delivery Driver
Red Stag LLC is seeking dedicated Class A CDL Farm Route/Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently load milk from local dairy farms and transport it to designated drop yards/plants. This role requires strict adherence to safety and food-handling protocols, strong communication with dispatch, and full compliance with all regulations to ensure reliable and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently load milk products onto trailers using proper equipment and techniques.
Complete all assigned loads on time while maintaining full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding routes, delays, mechanical issues, or any operational concerns.
Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of trucks and equipment.
Follow all food safety and milk-handling protocols to protect product integrity.
Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate delivery and load records.
Represent Red Stag professionally and courteously while building positive relationships with farmers and customers.
Adhere to all federal and state transportation and dairy regulations.
Practice safe and responsible milk-handling procedures at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
Minimum age: 23 years old.
Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
At least 1 year of liquid tanker experience is required.
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
Clean MVR (No more than 2 moving vehicle violations in the past 3 years)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Milk Handler Certification.
Current Medical Card and the ability to meet insurability requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices) and Hours-of-Service requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to drop and hook trailers efficiently.
Ability to climb ladders to inspect trailer seals.
Strong navigation, situational awareness, and route-management problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed.
Physical ability to bend, stoop, pull, climb, kneel, crouch, squat, lift up to 50 lbs., sit for long periods, and reach overhead.
