Practice Leaders drive accountability across the team to successfully deliver KPI and Objectives. Education & Experience * 5+ years of experience designing or implementing network solutions (L1/L2 Wireless), Software and Services for large or complex clients in Substation Automation, Material Handling, Discrete / Automotive, Mass Transit or Process Markets * 5-7 years of demonstrated success developing & leading remote teams of both new & incumbent associates * Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) with a focus on Networking & Ethernet based communications * Experience working with cross functional teams including Solution Architects, Solution Line Managers, Product Managers, Sales and Marketing * Proven Track Record of managing, coaching and promoting associates aligning to succession plans Abilities * Demonstrate the ability to translate complex or technical requirements with non-technical stakeholders * Demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of key technology and market trends, and competitors' solutions. * Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to work within a metric driven environment * Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment * Demonstrate a pro-active, flexible, and pragmatic approach Other essential qualifications * Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to perform the duties of the role (50% + frequency of travel) * English fluency to business standard essential Let's Write the Next 100 Years Together. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Analyst with strong expertise in SAP projects to support our global digital transformation efforts. You will be responsible for supporting testing tools and practices across transformation programs. Required Experience & Skills: * Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience with SAP projects (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) preferably within the manufacturing industry. * Knowledge on SAP Project methodologies and various phases of the project along with test cycles involved. * 3+ years of experience in SAP Test Automation Tools (Tricentis experience would be preferred.
