Duties and Responsibilities: * Inspect finished product packaging for shell fragments, grades, and accurate egg counts. * Assist in egg quality inspection, removing broken eggs and shell fragments as necessary. * Apply correct labels to tubs and understand date codes and item numbers. * Ensure bags and pails are properly sealed and clean. * Assist operators with machine start-ups and film changes. * Stack tubs of finished product onto designated pallets. * Load flats of eggs onto conveyor belts manually. * Stage eggs from totes onto preparation tables. * Perform checks on pasteurizers, metal detectors, and brine solutions. * Maintain cleanliness in the production area. * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent performance. * Adhere to safe work practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and sanitary conditions to uphold product quality and safety. * Report any issues affecting food safety, quality, or personnel safety to management. * Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to safety policies and procedures. * Maintain regulatory compliance at all times. * Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime. * Perform additional duties as assigned.
