The People Analytics & Operations Lead is responsible for elevating our understanding of workforce trends and influencing data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will own the design, execution, and governance of people analytics initiatives and will partner closely with HR Business Partners, the HR Leadershipteam, HRIS, and other cross-functional partners across the HR and finance teams. This person will also support and execute broader HR initiatives.
