Summary:

Schedule and perform regular predictive/preventive maintenance inspections on equipment.

Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments/functions of the company.

Position Summary
The Year-Round Application Engineering Intern will be responsible to assist the Project Manager and Application Engineer in day-to-day activities. This position is in Novi, MI.
Essential Responsibilities
* Coordinate test parts for dyno and vehicle testing
* Deliver and pick-up parts, dyno fixtures, etc. from customers
* Support dimensional analysis of pre and post-test parts
* Support data reviews, comparisons, and summaries

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and software tools related to product use. Strong understanding of analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or similar technologies is preferred.
Experience with the use of AI tools for generating documentation is a plus
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions to customer challenges.
Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time for customer visits, training, and events.
