What We're Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician

Your own tools
Experience with Ford or Lincoln vehicles is a big plus
Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately per repair order
Test-drive vehicles and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment
Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems: engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, A/C, steering, brakes, and more
Communicate with the Service Advisor about findings, timelines, and any additional needed repairs
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and standards
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Service Technician at a dealership
High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification preferred
B-level tech qualifications: diagnostics, electrical, engine repair
Dexterity and steady hand with excellent hand-eye coordination
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Good customer service skills and computer literacy
Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve
Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Compensation & Schedule:
Flat-rate commission pay - no salary cap, so the sky's the limit
Monday-Friday: 7 AM-6 PM
Saturday: 7 AM-5 PM

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor Requirements:
Minimum of 3 year in service department
Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
Ability to identify the problem quickly
Knowledge of automobiles
