Sales Representative No Cold Calling $96k-220k/year We've expanded product line and are searching for 4 new sales representatives to start the division. This position offers the possibility of being promoted to manager for the division in 90 days. Sales experience and construction knowledge are not necessary for this position as we offer paid training. The Role: Our sales representatives do not have to do any cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting. We provide you with daily appointments of homeowners who want to do a home renovation. You will use our trained sales system to do a customer-focused presentation of our unique products and services. Utilizing financing, you will close those deals in one call giving you plenty of time to see more customers and make more commissions. The requirements for this position are listed below: * Must be able to communicate with land owners, other contractors, and utilities in a reasonable and courteous manner. * Must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence to operate various classes of equipment. * Must have a good knowledge of a variety of hand and power tools and operate with them in a safe manner. * Must have a good knowledge of pipeline locations and the location of all mainline block valves, pump stations and delivery sites. * Must be able to operate and maintain a variety of fire extinguishers, respirators and other safety equipment. * Must have a general understanding of the automated pump station and delivery site operation to work safely around these sites and take steps to prevent unexpected valve or other equipment actuation while working on equipment such as valves, strainers, etc. * Must be able to work out of doors in extreme weather and perform heavy physical labor in a safe manner. * Must meet Company requirements for progression through the Pipeliner step classification job family.
