Assist residents by providing snacks and supplements, encouraging water intake, and assisting with feeding as trained and as needed. Answer pendant system/call lights promptly to determine and assist with residents' needs. Coordinates with nursing staff to assist with resident care and medications. Document the outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, and activity and dietary services. Communicates changing health conditions, medication follow-up, and care-related concerns/responses to the nursing leadership team. Performs resident care responsibilities in a manner conducive to resident's safety and comfort consistent with Peaceful Pines Senior Living Policies and Procedures as well as state/federal guidelines and regulations. Adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines for infection-control techniques. QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed in the state of South Dakota as a Medication Aide.
