POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the administrative/clinical supervision of the PACT Clinical Supervisor, the Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapist provides Intensive Home Based Treatment to clients and their families. Specifically, the Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapist is expected to meet the program's benchmarks for clinical excellence and productivity target for billable service each week. Services take place in the home and community. Work hours are flexible, some evenings hours are expected. There are no subordinates to this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Accept assignment of cases to provide Intensive Home Based Treatment for clients, their families, and with significant others as needed, including: community organizations, schools, other health and social service professionals, the justice system, and other agencies involved with the client.
Provide Psychiatric Diagnostic Assessment, Child, Adolescent, Strengths and Needs administration, and Intensive Home Based Treatment including, but not limited to:
evaluations and assessments
participation in the development of the client's Treatment Service Plan (ITP)
crisis work - providing assistance and support in crisis situations, provide 24/7 crisis coverage to clients on a rotating basis
support, including education and consultation for families and/or significant others regarding the clients' mental illness
individual interventions; symptom monitoring and self management of symptoms; assistance in increasing social support skills and networks
coordination of necessary evaluations and assessments; coordination of all services identified on the client's ITP
necessary follow-up to determine if services have adequately met the needs of the client
access to resources in the community
Work a flexible workweek and provides evening and weekend on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client's treatment. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management.
OTHER:
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency's insurance company. Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in own vehicle. Please note that this role will require evening and afternoon hours to accommodate the schedules of the families we serve.

Uses the Applied Behavioral Analyses (ABA) techniques to reinforce desired behaviors set up through the programming. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Provides one on one and small group instructions implementing daily and weekly programs as assigned by lead staff as well as assisting students in class routines and transitioning between activities
+ Uses ABA techniques to develop skills and behaviors as set up by the BCBA in areas of recreation, communication, motor, vocational, and socialization
+ Reinforce behaviors through the use of positive behavior supports as established by the ABA consultant

Responsibilities include:
Providing behavior support to the teacher and other classroom team members
Maintaining daily operation of the classroom program
Assisting students with instructional and non-instructional tasks as developed by BCBA
Implementation of and data collection for student behavior plans
Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate degree in Education or related field or 2 years of college in Education/Special education or related field
Possesses Registered Behavior Technician Certification
Has training and experience of 1-2 years with children/individuals with Autism
Has completed a minimum of one year of successful experience.e in working directly with children with autism and related developmental delays in a home, school, or clinical setting.
Holds or is able to obtain Ohio aide permit or paraprofessional license.
Is well-versed in principles of applied behavior analysis.
We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for this position! $150 to be paid after successful completion of the introductory period (90 days), $150 to be paid after 6 months, and $200 to be paid after 1 year!

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a key role in implementing individualized support plans tailored to each student's unique strengths, goals, and needs. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-4:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
* Work under the clinical supervision of the Behavior Analyst to provide behavior-analytic services to multiple patients with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities in an outpatient setting.
* Acquire baseline data and implement approved treatment plan using applied behavior analysis neutrally and consistently.
* Implement discrete trial teaching procedures across a variety of patients and functioning levels.
* Apply reinforcement procedures effectively, utilize SDs that are clear, concise and consistent.
* Utilize prompt fading, shaping, and chaining procedures.
* Assist Outpatient Behavior Analyst in conducting functional behavior assessments to include conducting a record review and Functional Assessment Interview, define behavior and choose appropriate method of data collection, summarize environment, setting events, and medical information.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress, troubleshoot, generalization strategies for home, and other elements of parent training as designated by Outpatient Behavior Analyst.
* Participate in required supervision with Outpatient Behavior Analyst.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
* Associate's Degree OR six months of ABA experience
* 40-hour coursework for Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) before hire
* Completion of an RBT competency assessment and exam within 30 days of hire OR BCBA or BCaBA Certification
* Computer efficiency
* Ability to work and build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
* Bachelor's Degree

SUMMARY:
Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Lorain Programs, the Clinical Supervisor for the Child and Adolescent Group Therapy Services (CAGS) program is responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employees.
Provide clinical supervision and trainings to CAGS Staff and Field Placement Students.
Facilitate the implementation of clinical planning for clients as designed by the treatment team.
Assure all documents are up-to-date, including but not limited to: PDE, ITP, ICMP.
Collaborate with parents, case managers, school personnel and other professionals on an as-needed basis to facilitate clients' treatment progress.
Review and approve daily clinical progress notes of CAGS staff and Field Placement Students in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Review all proposed group curricula, ensuring that all curricula are based upon individual client treatment goals and supported by treatment plans.
Participate in research activities to provide for the evaluation of the program's effectiveness and consumer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Co-facilitate daily Day Treatment Group sessions as needed due to staff call-offs or additional assistance required.
Support Day Treatment groups and share responsibility for whereabouts and safety of all clients with other CAGS staff on duty.
Attend relevant clinical meetings outside of CAGS treatment plan reviews that support client progress in CAGS.
Participate in client transportation in emergencies as identified by the Transportation Coordinator or Director of Lorain Programs.
Collaborate with members of each client's treatment team (guardian, case managers, school personnel and other professionals) as necessary to facilitate progress in treatment.
Assist with the communication with Food Services to ensure clients receive and account for meals provided while at CAGS.
OTHER DUTIES:
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client's treatment. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
