There are no pros.

Here's what the Forrest city location does.they allow people to come to work high.they allow them to do terrible work,then a supervisor spends all day fixing the mistakes while recruiting others to help her fix them.people mess around all day.the fail to fix the core problem which is to hire quality workers.the place blame.when the suspend someone they bring them back knowing they will do the same thing again.the owner trusts and believes the wrong people.how can the problem fix the problem?exactly they cant

There isn't one.and the pay is really bad.if you pay a group to work as a group and leave 2 or 3 people in the group forever that shouldn't be there,and steal from the others,then wonder why the production isn't right,then your a failure ad a leader

Leadership?that doesn't exist.the owner and the people he has into power positions do nothing productive. What they do is keep the pay low to kiss the owners butt

I'd fire 70% of the employees. And I sure as heck wouldn't just hire anyone. This is exactly what they do.they keep doing the exact same things over and over.and then wonder why they are behind. But hey I guess everyone didn't pass the 5th grade

Just show up high and they will hire you

The pay you 11.50 a hour. If your lucky you may make 15 and they act like that's a huge sum of money.its about you getting less.

Who cares about that.its about a quality employee, and at the Forrest city Arkansas location, they have about 20 good workers and the rest are bodies there to just get a check.and they are aware of this and allow it to continue
