The people have all been amazing. My colleagues are dedicated and professional. They genuinely care about students and instructors.

Career growth for administrative staff is limited. There's virtually no opportunity for promotion. Whatever salary you get when you're hired determines your pay going forward. There are no bonuses or pay raises except for cost of living increases (COLA).
