I enjoyed the supportive work environment, the company culture was wonderful, and I appreciated the flexible work schedules.
Cons of working at Bellevue University
I did not like how there was a lack of opportunities for advancement, also there started to be inadequate communication between teams and team members across the organization, which caused high stress levels and a stagnant corporate culture toward the end.
