Most of the staff is amazing
Poor and under qualified leadership. The pay is on the lower end for the different areas and there isn’t much development of employees.
Hire people who are actual leaders not managers. Treat employees like human beings. Encourage employee development and innovation.
Low end
It’s a diverse workforce
It was my coworkers and the patients , but I quit months ago.
Nothing toward the end
Quit in 11, was there from 08-11. First 3 years were fine, new supervisor toward end, supervisor bullied/intimidated me, made it a toxic work environment, previous coworker who used their beef with me as a previous coworker to supervisor to their advantage. Another coworker thought it was ok to write horrible things on a blog about me/my medical issues. I had such trauma from this place that once I found a new job I couldn’t even concentrate doing data entry and my mental health took a dive and I basically was mentally damaged after the end of my employment. I have heard from other people who worked in different departments that who have left or got let go by being intimidated and bullied by management. The issues from my time were brought up to corporate and I tried fighting a wrongful exit interview that the reason I can’t get my job back is because of “not being able to work independently”, not true, but there was nothing else negative on the exit interview; I have receipts and a copy. Don’t work for this company horrible and toxic and they cover up corrupt supervisors. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.
Toward the end nothing
