* Maintain an excellent understanding of luggage storing procedures and be ready to assist owners and guests with their luggage.

* General:
* Maintain an excellent understanding of safety and emergency procedures as they relate to the safety of owners, guests, and the property.

* Neat and orderly bell storage must be kept at all times.
