In this role, you will operate a coater at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product. Finish flexible packaging film from flexo presses and Web-To-Print press. Inspect printed and/or laminated film for accepted quality and complete the appropriate paperwork. Schedule: * 2nd shift hours are from 2:00 P.M. - 12:00 A.M. (midnight), Monday - Thursday Pay: * $22 - $24 per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed. * Shift differential for the 2nd shift is $1.00 per hour What will I do in this role? * Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions. * Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures. * Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards. * Ensure product appearance. * Set up and operate the coater.
