As a driver helper you'll ride along with a package delivery driver in our iconic brown trucks and help deliver packages to businesses and homes in your community. During your shift, you'll be in and out of the truck, greeting customers and ensuring packages make it to their destinations.
This seasonal job requires flexibility as work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.
When you are assigned work, you will be provided with a meet point. This is where the driver will pick you up, often in your neighborhood. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

Salary and Duty Location Recruitment Incentives and Benefits
Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.
LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Some locations may offer 25% for four (4) years.

Qualifications:

The ADON/Case Manager position assists with the day-to-day management of the nursing department by collaborating with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize and direct the Nursing Service of Colonial Manor Nursing Home. The ADON/Case Manager works under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing, assumes responsibility for the Nursing Department in the absence of the Director of Nursing and, at times, serves as the charge nurse, the RN on-call, or the person in charge of Colonial Manor. Is prepared by virtue of education and experience to plan, direct and/or give nursing care to assigned residents. Participates with all other departments in planning and implementing the nursing component of care and assists in the evaluation processes. Endorses the team concept of providing care through the various disciplines and assumes 24-hour accountability for the function of the unit including the delivery of nursing care, and for the nursing actions of employees: RN's, LPN's, TMA's and CNA's.

Tasks Performed
Helps to develop and implement care plans through collaboration with residents, family and nursing team.
Update Care Plan as needed and communicate to appropriate team members.
Assures that nursing personnel caring for residents under her/his case management are following the
resident's care plan. Does teaching of staff of correct procedures.
Collaborate with Charge Nurse daily; Utilize nursing process to assess residents' status with a change of
condition or concern identified.
Implement a plan of action based on assessment criteria as needed and communicate with resident
physician via fax or phone as needed.
When needed, investigate/implements resident fall and incident reports efficiently and thoroughly to
prevent more occurrences.
Collaborates with Director of Nursing and Administrator on resident incidents bringing concerns/issues to
the following meetings, IDT, QA, QAPI, Falls to assure that all incidents/safety needs are met within the

In absences of MDS coordinator, or when assigned, will be responsible for attending Care Conferences.
In absences, may have to fill in as Charge Nurse, CNA, TMA to meet resident needs.
Review/Change/Implement new policies and procedures, in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
Assist with Quality Assurance, QAPI, GDR Review, and Falls Program/Meetings within the facility.
Responsible for initiating nursing staff discipline and/or education by following the chain of command;
confers with Director of Nursing regarding problems.
Participates in education plans for nursing services. Communicate with Education Coordinator any/all
education/re-education of nursing staff persons.
Collaborate with Director of Nursing to evaluate staff performance. Recognizes staff strengths and works
toward improving their weaknesses.
Follows standards of nursing practice. Lead by example with the staff he/she works with.
Motivates staff to provide quality care for the residents which reflects the mission and core values of
Colonial Manor.
Provides input to Director of Nursing concerning supplies, equipment, and may order supplies as needed or
as requested by Director of Nursing.
Ensure state and federal guidelines are being met within the facility.
Assists with weekly and intermittent lab draws, documenting in resident's' chart and communicating results
with physicians when appropriate.
Thoroughly review pharmacy consult reports assuring recommendations are completed before the next visit
from pharmacy consultant.
Assists with completion of resident assessments and implementation of interventions as required or
delegated. (IE: MDS required assessments; change of condition, etc.)
Collaborates with facility's infection Preventionist and Director of Nursing to monitor, evaluate, revise, and
collect and interpret data for the facility's Infection Control Program.
Assists with monthly diabetic fingernail and toenail care and podiatry rounds when needed.
Destroys narcotic medications with pharmacy consultant monthly.
Assists with expired/unused medication destruction at the facility.
Assist with Minnesota Department of Health while in facility during survey.
Assist Director of Nursing and Administrator with any regulatory survey that visits Colonial Manor.
Will participate in the plan of corrections, education and training as it relates to survey results.
Aware of good customer service and demonstrates the use of it.
Uses quality management skills and leadership skills to fulfill the mission of Colonial Manor Nursing Home.
Participates in department head meetings and communicates all pertinent information regarding resident
care to other departments as each resident's health status/condition changes.
Attend IDT stand-up daily - follow up on clinical concerns - bring resolutions to the IDT
Assist with physician rounds at facility by scheduling visits, completing pre-visit paperwork, rounding with
physician, completing any orders, obtaining progress notes, and documenting in the resident's chart.
Complete weekly wound rounding and documentation, in collaboration with the Wound Care Team.
(Certified Wound Nurse, Case Manager and Charge Nurse). Maintain accurate records of wounds (e.g.
charting, measurements, physician notifications etc.) Update Matrix with treatment changes.
Complete rounding with psychiatric physician on monthly psych rounds, prepare resident medical record
for monthly psych rounds, and may also complete follow-up documentation of psychotropic medication
with new admits, increases and decreases and retrieve consent from resident/representative for new or
increased psychotropic medications.

Input resident information and orders into EMR and resident chart.
Discharge
Participate in discharge planning meetings.

Request discharge orders from appropriate physician.
Prepare and review discharge instructions with resident/representative, including list of current
medications and any orders.
Order resident discharge medications from pharmacy of choice.
Assure resident signs discharge record.
Order any medical supplies requested by resident from medical supply store of resident choice.
Other Responsibilities
Colonial Manor employees which are engaged in care or providing services in the facility who have
knowledge of abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult, has, reasonable cause to believe that a vulnerable
adult has sustained a physical injury which is not reasonably explained by the history of injuries provided by
the caretaker or caretakers of the vulnerable adult shall immediately report this information to the
supervisor, the department head, social worker, DON or administrator. Practices and promotes facility

Job Summary

Qualifications

**The Selection Process:**
Applications are open from August -November each year. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will typically be contacted for an initial phone screen by the end of November. Candidates selected to move forward will be invited to participate in a virtual panel interview with an identified HR business partner and functional leaders. Successful candidates would move forward to an offer. Upon accepting your offer, you will collaborate with the Polaris Early Talent Team. Polaris offers a relocation program through our mobility vendor for employees who qualify. Electrical Application Specialist REPORTS TO: Lead Application Engineer PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be responsible for all electrical application activities, hardware selection and implementation of control systems on electric overhead cranes for Region Americas. Qualifications
EDUCATION: 2-year degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 years of related experience with overhead electric cranes or similar industrial equipment will be taken into consideration. This position requires excellent understanding of electricity, motor control electrical circuits, and analog and digital input/output. Experience designing and troubleshooting motor control circuits utilizing electromagnetic devices and variable frequency drives (VFD's) is essential. Must have a working knowledge of a wide variety of software packages, operating systems and control equipment. Knowledge of PLC programing software is plus. A qualified candidate must be proficient in reading electrical schematics and vendor application drawings.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be self-motivated, display leadership abilities, and have knowledge of the CMAA. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Word. Verbal and written communication plays a key role in this position. Must have the ability to effectively communicate between frontline sales, customers, production planning (Watertown), and project management. Site visits for application require the ability to work at heights up to 100 feet off the ground. Travel estimated at 5% to meet with customers, commission equipment, and witness product testing at our manufacturing plant.

The Instrumentation & Electrical Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and identifying root-cause issues, repairing or replacing parts and rewiring and installing related instrument/electrical goods at the bioprocessing facility. The Instrumentation & Electrical Technician ensures that all work performed follows electrical codes and tests and inspects and repairs issues when they occur. Team members in this position will communicate any problems or concerns to the management team. This role is also responsible for reviewing all electrical procedures for the bioprocessing facility, assisting in developing pertinent electrical programs and training team members. Continuous plant operation includes 24/7 schedules. Team member must be able to meet call-in requirements as needed.
DURING A TYPICAL DAY (IF THERE IS ONE)…
Troubleshoot and identify a root cause, repair, or replace parts, rewire and install related instrument/electrical goods including conduit and/or wiring.
Ensure that all work performed is completed by following all local electrical codes. Including 4160V, 480V, 220V, 110V, 24V DC and 4-20 mA loops and circuits as applicable to the location.
Troubleshoot PLC/DCS I/O including 4-20mA loops, 120V/24DC I/O.
Responsible for all preventative and proactive electrical maintenance and compliance procedures.
Assist with emergency and scheduled shutdowns while performing regular mechanical duties as directed.
Calibrate, configure, and repair of measurement/control instruments for flow, level, pressure, temperature, and pH including associated valves and valve actuators.
Understand electrical and instrumentation equipment associated with plant processing equipment.
Possess a strong understanding of motor control circuits and electric motors.
Inform management of any instrument/electrical parts needed and assist with maintaining the required instrument/electronic/electrical parts inventories.
Document and record: utilizing inventory control systems, maintaining calibration records, ordering parts, work with outside contractors, etc.
Work with the management team and all staff daily to ensure the operation and all facilities are operating to standards.
Understand how equipment and instrument/electronic controls operate and are utilized to operate the plant.
Maintain work area to include cleanliness, serviceability, and accountability of all tools and supplies.
Accomplish all other tasks, work orders, cleaning assignments or other duties as assigned by the management team.
Assist in developing, training, and reviewing all pertinent instrument/electrical programs and procedures including Arc Flash Hazards and electrical integrity.
Maintain licensing by attending state required code classes as required by location/leader.
Be expected to receive calls after hours, including weekends and holidays, in the event of an emergency bioprocessing situation that would require electronic or instrument/electrical expertise.

**The Selection Process:**
Applications are open from August -November each year. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will typically be contacted for an initial phone screen by the end of November. Candidates selected to move forward will be invited to participate in a virtual panel interview with an identified HR business partner and functional leader. Successful candidates would move forward to an offer. You will partner with the Early Talent team in January to complete a survey that provides a deeper look at your specific interests, strengths & career goals. **All specific internship assignments are communicated in** **February** , after aligning based on your specific interests and business demand.
**Intern Relocation Assistance:**
Polaris offers a relocation program for interns who qualify through our mobility vendor. To qualify for these services your home address must be 35 miles or more from the office where you will be working. Benefits include a lump sum (grossed up to offset tax liability), access to a relocation counselor to explain the resources available to you and aid securing short-term housing available to you. Your responsibilities will include daily transportation to and from the office.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, or related Engineering degreewith an intended graduation date between August 2026-May 2028.
+ Minimumoverall GPA of 3.0
+ Ableto complete full12-weekinternship working 40 hours per weekwithin the dates: May 18th - August 7th, 2026 or June 1st - August 21st, 2026.
+ Geographic willingness to partake in the intern matching process.
+ Proven strength in the following: analysis and creative problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office software tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
+ Strong interest in long-term career development and participation in leadership development programs.
+ Previous leadership experience in work, organizations, or classroom.
+ Completion of at least two years of university coursework
+ Previous Internship/Co-op experience
+ Previous experience using CADor equivalent software (Creo highly desired)
+ Hands-on engineering experience through prior internship or clubs (ex. SAE, Clean Snow)

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $23.50 to $31.50 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime. Individual pay and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
