None. Other than getting paid the bare minimum. Check how much the CEO is making, makes you think twice.
CEO is on an ego trip. Have to acknowledge him from across the building or else he’ll introduce himself and remind you he’s the CEO and to provide more engagement to him. Good luck doing your job while he walks by or else you’ll get talked to for not bowing down to him.

Get new management. You would think the community it serves that management would try to diversify its management. Good luck next time, I guess.
Poor, as in the bare minimum. I mean, check how many openings they have. Essentially paints the picture of how poor management is.
Poor. Imagine hearing your CEO say no to building a basketball court because it will bring in an “urban” crowd. Talk about racially coded language. Looks like someone hasn’t looked at how diverse the community is.
