Communication, Coordination & Operations
* Draft and edit executive reports and documents
* Coordinate travel arrangements and executive events
* Attend Foundation meetings as recording secretary and maintain records
* Schedule campus building and institutional events
* Review designated website content and recommend updates
* Identify and implement improvements to office workflows and administrative processes
* Maintain professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct
* Support and model the college's Mission, Vision, and Values
