RESPONSIBILITIES
• General maintenance and operation of a mobile belt press or dredge focusing on both quality and quantity of production
• Set up and tear down equipment at customers’ treatment facilities
• Maintain clean equipment and work area including shoveling and hosing
• Abide by regulatory compliance and safety guidelines
• Operate a tractor-trailer truck on site (non-highway) to stage trailers for loading
• Operate additional pumps and ancillary equipment on site
• Make down polymer solution for dewatering process
• Maintain daily production log
REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to communicate effectively. both written and verbally
• Must be able to work without direct supervision
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
• Basic mathematical skills and tool knowledge
• Ability to work at a fast paced schedule
• Ability to complete a Basic Wastewater Operations Course and obtain a Class D Wastewater Operator’s License

Job Summary: Performs various project work which requires safely operating vehicles and a variety of heavy/agricultural equipment that may include, but not limited to: front end loader, belt press, centrifuge, dredger, spreader box, excavator, terragator, and road tractor.

About the Position:
- 8-12 Hour Shifts - Day or Night
- 6 Days to 2 Weeks of Travel Required - Some Overnights
- Travel from job site to job site or plant to job site. May involve overnight travel
- Operate truck/equipment in a safe manner at all times
- Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of material to assigned/approved destination
- Clean bio-solids off truck/equipment before leaving the field site or landfill
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
- Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on the truck/equipment
- Perform shop clean-up, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup
- Maintain operation records
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum 2 years of Project Work Experience Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial Driving/Heavy or Agricultural Equipment Experience Preferred
- Clean Driving Record: No serious tickets or accidents in the last 5 years or DWI/DUI in the last 10 years
