Responsibilities:
Maintain store equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, petroleum equipment and overall facility in good working order
Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and make repairs to equipment according to established procedures to minimize parts usage.
Complete scheduled and assigned preventative maintenance of all store equipment.
Complete scheduled and assigned washing and cleaning of store's windows.
Communicate issues and provide feedback to the Facility Support Manager regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment opportunities and outside service vendor performance.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Duties are performed on the dealership premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommending appropriate repair solutions.
Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining repair procedures, and offering maintenance recommendations.
Keep detailed records of all services performed and parts used.
Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and industry advancements through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Completion of a recognized Automotive Service Technician program or relevant certification.
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician, demonstrating proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems.
Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
