ERM is hiring a Right-of-Way Agent in Right-of-Way Agent in Trenton, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and Allentown, PA area. The Agent will be responsible for the review of Title and land rights, licenses, leases, permits, and other documents in connection with Service Easements. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), limited-term remote/hybrid role with local travel to and from identified sites throughout the state as required for a duration of 12 months. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct negotiations with landowners (or their designees) as needed; * Conduct site visits on an as needed basis; * Perform review of the Title and Service Easement Exhibit * Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders in relation to Service Easements; * Manage all administrative aspects of transaction from opening of the file to submission for review, report on progress of transactions during bi-weekly team meetings; * Review and record completed Service Easements; * Compliance with corporate health and safety policies; and * Perform other duties as assigned or required. ERM is hiring a Process Safety Management (PSM) Specialist in West Deptford, NJ. This is an excellent career opportunity to work with an expert consulting team on challenging safety and risk projects for large global clients. This is a full-time, fixed-term position with a duration of 6 months with possibility of renewal. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, and What-If reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and client standards. * Provide technical guidance on process safety management systems (PSM) implementation, gap assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Develop and maintain process safety programs, procedures, and risk registers, ensuring findings are translated into actionable risk mitigation plans. * Advise on Management of Change (MOC) processes and support operational readiness and mechanical integrity reviews. * Collaborate with EHS, engineering, and operations teams to ensure consistent application of process safety principles across projects and facilities. * Prepare and deliver process safety training, workshops, and awareness sessions for client and internal teams. * Support incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify systemic issues and recommend preventive measures. * Contribute to process safety culture development by promoting awareness and best practices across sites and project teams. * Track and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and budget adherence, escalating risks as needed. * Act as a liaison between client leadership, ERM technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of process safety initiatives. ERM is hiring an experienced Construction Safety Manager to provide on-site support for our key pharmaceutical client in Philadelphia, PA. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing on-site observation of construction activities from an EHS perspective, ensuring health and safety compliance with applicable regulations and existing company standards, and contributing to an environment where employee health and safety are preserved. You will be present during all site activities and responsible for all health and safety activities, and the delegation of duties to any other project team members. This is a full-time (40+ hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of 12 months, renewable. RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with general contractors and subcontractors on behalf of the owner, as the owner's representative. Promote client's safety culture across contractor and subcontractor groups. Proactively identify uncontrolled hazards and influence safe work practices of general contractors and subcontractors on behalf of the owner. On-site observation of construction activities from an EHS perspective. Documentation of activities with respect to required EHS performance. Train on-site workers on EHS oversight program requirements. Train on-site subcontractors on EHS oversight program requirements. Help administer project directives given by the Client's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) personnel throughout the project. Report on whether project staff and trade contractors are complying with the Client's safety procedures and are working in accordance with the approved project-specific safety plan. Maintain required safety-related documentation on the project site, including, but not limited to, safety orientation training, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), SDSs, pre-task assessments, and toolbox talk summaries. Participate in daily pre-shift coordination meetings to include review of the day's activities and associated hazards. Review and comment on the General Contractor's JHAs with project trades and obtain signatures prior to commencement of work. Conduct daily site inspections, focusing on work site orderliness and compliance with safety procedures and protocols. Proposed corrections of safety deviations will be discussed with the General Contractor's Safety Manager, and support will be provided for implementing corrective actions. Issue daily site observation reports for each site inspection. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety, or occupational health and safety, or a related degree preferred. 3+ years of on-site experience in construction-specific project health & safety. Certification in the field: CHST, ASP, and/or CSP are preferred. Pharmaceutical or high-tech project experience is highly desired. Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry and construction standards. Strong commitment to safety, including implementing strict Health and Safety protocols. Completed training and certifications for OSHA 30-hour construction, confined space entry training, and fall protection/prevention training preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to multitask, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to provide excellent project delivery and client service, quality on project deliverables, and organizational skills. Ability to organize and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors. Pay Transparency: For the Construction Safety position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $100,464 - $112,756.80, $48.30/hr. - $54.21/hr. USD , limited-term, non-exempt. An employee's pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee's fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above.
