What a Day in the Life Looks Like: Benefit Enrollment-Assist with new hire health, dental, and all benefit enrollment. Coordinate the annual open enrollment period that allows for enrollment of all employees in all benefits provided. In addition, assist with quarterly administration of 401K Retirement enrollment and communication. BeMobile Benefits Administration - Manage and track all BeMobile-provided benefits, including extended leave tracking, maternity and parental benefits, and Paid Time Off (PTO) programs. This also includes reviewing and reconciling invoices from providers. Employee Payroll - Assist the HR portions of payroll for new hires, employee changes, benefits, and departure processes required for payroll. Coordinate appropriate paperwork for required changes and manage the collection and storage of employee file information/documents. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding - Complete new hire HR Onboarding tasks and account creation, as well as follow up on all required separation documentation for departing employees. Assist with the removal of separated employees from systems and maintain employee files. In addition, assist with employment income and work verifications. Other tasks - Administering recognition programs offered to BeMobile employees.
