The Office Manager position is primarily responsible for managing the office of the Austin branch and performs several administrative tasks with respect to the branch's management and operations, such as handling tasks with respect to reporting, route reconciliations, invoicing, and financials. Maintain, erect, repair and troubleshoot various theme park rides and attractions Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, gearbox drive systems etc. Diagnose and repair/replace faulty mechanical components, such as lift chains, gear boxes, speed braking components, etc. Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions Remove and /or replace worn or defective parts using hand or power tools Weld using process types such as shielded meta ARC welding, Flux Core ARC welding and Gas ARC welding Read and interpret mechanical drawings and manufactures manuals and schematics as provided Keep a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance Respond to work orders and conduct mechanical repairs as required to maintain safe park operation.
