Reports To: The Route Driver/Courier Floater will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. The Route Driver/Courier provides exceptional delivery and courier services. This position receives orders from a centralized dispatch, retrieves parcels/mail from different local offices, and then delivers the parcels/mail in a timely and safe manner. The position will also serve as a backup to the front or back of office functions.
