Your Impact
Main Responsibilities:
- Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.

- Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
- Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.
Copy/Print Production/Copy Center:
-Responsible for prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests.
-Reviews electronic file for print readiness, prints documents, punches, binds, assembles, sorts, laminates and performs pre-delivery quality control check.
-Receives, logs, delivers and tracks all activity for reporting purposes.
-Responds to customer requests.
-Performs routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment.
-Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
-Performs daily convenience care functions as needed.
Mail/Courier Services:
-Responsible for prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pick up, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines and all classed of United States Postal Services mail. -
-Tracks courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc).
-Researches and routes unidentified and generic mail.
-Receives, logs, delivers and tracks messenger items.
-Responds to customer requests.
-Performs routine upkeep of equipment.
-Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.

As a Google AI Solution Architect you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all Google AI domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable, robust, multi-agent systems using Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK), the Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol, and related tooling. You must have deep familiarity with generative AI, agent frameworks, microservices, and distributed systems, as well as strong design ability to foresee complexity and orchestrate collaboration across agents.

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design of multi-agent AI systems using Google ADK, A2A, and related protocols (such as MCP)
Define agent roles, capabilities, workflows (sequential, parallel, loop), orchestration patterns, and error handling
Define inter-agent communication protocols, schema, and contract (e.g. JSON RPC, agent cards, task message formats)

The Semiconductor Field Service Technician III (Technician, Engineering III) performs technical support of high vacuum PVD equipment and related robotics. The individual must understand and have experience with vacuum technology, general practices, and procedures in the semiconductor industry and successfully perform field service duties in customer's clean room. Position provides on-site and on-call technical support, which may require off shift work.
This position will require travel to Japan for the first 3-6 months for training.

Your Impact

Collaborate with teams to ensure system-level requirements are met, including writing test cases, scenarios, and procedures
Execute test procedures, analyze results, and produce detailed trouble reports to support system developers and subject matter experts
Participate in Test and Evaluation (T&E) of cybersecurity systems, with a focus on software certification
The ability to travel to locations within the United States including Newport, RI, Washington DC, Philadelphia, PA to support test events and meetings (up to 20%)
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Foundational understanding of computer networking
2+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Experience with Linux systems administration, scripting/automation, and Python programming
Experience with container environments (Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Experience in operations and build toolchains, including GCC
Preferred familiarity of Operational Technology, like ICS and SCADA systems
Possession of an active IAT II Certification
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required and an active Secret security clearance

Ability to sit at a desk or workstation for extended periods while working on a computer.
