With relationships as one of Benchmark's core values, building and maintain relationships with the goal of sourcing loan applications will be the primary focus of our loanofficers. The LoanOfficer sources and originates loan applications from consumers and maintains relationships to develop and keep an active pipeline of applicants.
Ideal candidates for this position have a strong service-oriented mindset with prior loan sale experience, excellent communication skills, and proven knowledge of mortgage lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions of the Role:
Establish and maintain relationships through frequent travel with individuals including existing clients, past clients, and real estate professionals to generate business referrals.
Maintain a pipeline of applications within federal and state regulations.
Analyze mortgage applications and determine the programs best meeting the needs of the consumer.
Gather required application data and provide initial documents and disclosures to the applicant.
Communicate and educate the consumer on qualified programs including benefits and risks.
Support communication through the loan process between operations staff and the borrower.
Provide all applicable initial documents and disclosures to the loan processor.

Overview
This is a full-time, commissioned career opportunity that can be hybrid based out of our Manahawkin or Barnegat, NJ locations.
Solicits first mortgages through contacts with realtors, builders, and developers. Responsibilities
Develops and expands referral sources in order to solicit first mortgages. Maintains regular contact with Realtors in their offices and on site at open house events. Participates in building and trade shows. Participates in mixers related to real estate where relationships can continue to build and new ones can be forged.
Collects and analyzes applicant's financial information typically at one of the organizations branch locations to assess the financial circumstances to determine whether the applicant and the property qualify for a particular loan. Interviews applicants and provide required information, including income, assets, investments, debt, credit history, prior bankruptcies, judgments, and liens, as well as characteristics of property and similar information. Identifies customer's needs in conjunction with customer's financial situation and evaluates those needs in relation to available financial products. Recommends the financial products which best meet the customer's specific needs after advising customer about the risks and benefits of the loan alternatives, including the options and advantages involved. Recommends terms and conditions of mortgage loans.
Engages in customer specific persuasive sales activity to encourage potential customer to do business with Company and cross promotes other services and financial products of Company to outside referral sources.
Performs work related to the loans the employee originates. Obtains and analyzes pertinent financial and credit data. Follows current loans to ensure conformity with terms. Qualifications
Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience
1 or more years Recent residential mortgage lending experience. Experience in the Fulton Mortgage Company Associate Mortgage LoanOfficer Program may be accepted in lieu of 1 year required residential mortgage lending experience.
1 or more years Proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the organization. Other sources could be repeat customers, referrals from current clients as well as branch referrals.

The Construction Loan Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end servicing and administration of complex Commercial Construction loans and projects, including the monitoring of syndicated deals (agent or participant). * Review the credit memo and loan agreement ensuring proper terms and budget are within the approved credit.

* Ensure the new loan set up line item budgets are in accordance with the credit approval and Construction Loan Agreement.
* Review the disbursement draw request to the specific line item in the budget ensuring funding within the budget.

Position Overview

The Construction Disbursement Administration (CDA) group is responsible for managing roughly 200 commercial construction projects simultaneously. * Review, analyze and process customer loan draws for commercial and residential construction projects, loan fund disbursements, equity draws, etc., including review of invoices, lien waivers, and budget.
* Prepare payoff quotes, credit bids, default letters and loan modifications.
* Schedule and direct pre-construction discussion with Borrower, Builder, and RM when requested.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Outside Sales: Originate residential mortgage loans and related bank products and expand network of referral sources. Financial Freedom Mortgage based in Marlton, NJ is looking for qualified Junior LoanOfficers. Within this role, you will be our customer's first contact so you must make a great initial impression. You will explain our process to potential borrowers and how they may qualify to work with us. When they are ready, you will take down their information, answer any questions they may have, and deliver excellent customer service. Once the potential borrower's information has been taken and put into an application, a licensed LoanOfficer will take over the call to close the deal.
Duties:
- Make 200-300 outbound calls per day
-Deliver prepared questions, reading from scripts that describe our financial services
-Overcome any objections from homeowners to obtain any necessary information for loan application
-Input customer details on paper application, internal computer system, and automated phone system
-Verify customer information is correct on all forms
-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing daily and weekly performance objectives
Qualifications
-Positive attitude and lots of energy
-Experience in sales or call center environment preferred, such as previous financial services or banking
-Highly effective communication skills
-Ability to handle rejection and turn "No" into "Yes"
-Strong work ethic with desire to overachieve
