Pros of working at Benco Dental

The hours were good and it was a climate controlled warehouse

Cons of working at Benco Dental

Our corporate office was back east with different hours than our warehouse so sometimes communication was hard. The warehouse was located a good distance outside of town and the traffic to get there was sometimes really problematic, and caused us to have a constant shortage of employees because of transportation issues. The company used an attendance point system which I hate.

Benco Dental benefits

We got to keep a lot of free product that had been damaged in shipping
