What You Will Need + Earned Bachelor's degree in Education. + At least three years of teaching experience in K-12 public schools. + Eligible for, or holds, a valid teaching license for content area of evaluation. + For ESOL student teacher evaluators only: Eligible for, or holds, a valid ESOL endorsement on an Oregon teaching license.
