Perform pre/post vacancy tenant inspections. Collaborate with subcontractors to drive significant improvement projects and contribute to exciting events within the center. The ideal individual will have commercial estimating experience with civil and/or vertical projects. This position estimates both new construction and build outs and determines the overall costs of a new or existing construction projects. Principle Responsibilities and Duties Accurately prepare a detailed cost estimate of all aspects of proposed projects including but not limited to quantity takeoff, detailed cost estimate, line item, and subcontractor summary by division.
