This role will review invoices to ensure accurate coding of expenses, in addition to resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Continuous contact with: Property managers and property manager administrators Billing department personnel, regarding tenant and property billing information and charge backs Vendors Principle Duties and Responsibilities Review invoices after processing payment. This includes but not limited to verification of GL coding, applicable tax/capital improvements and accurate PO application. Retrieve and review leases for common area maintenance (CAM) and non-CAM verification and to make tenant charge back decisions. Discuss questions with head of AP Property Management and property managers to ensure accuracy in pricing and coding.
