Expected Duties:
Work with the ND PF team and chapters, the ND Rx Fire Co-Op partners and other wildlife and fire management partners to identify and deliver prescribed fire outreach and training needs.
In consultation with private landowners, conduct site visits and assess burn units prior to burns to verify adherence to prescriptions, hazards, and minimize risk associated with prescribed fire operations.
Lead, coordinate, and participate in prescribed burns as training, demonstration, and treatments.
Write, review, and acquire permits for prescribed burn plans for private landowners, burn contractors, and biologists.
Support the development of landowner-led Prescribed Burn Associations (PBAs) to facilitate increased practice implementation.
Communicate regularly with North Dakota fire practitioners across the state to build upon the use of prescribed fire.
Stay current on broad grassland conservation issues and emerging opportunities to help private landowners protect and manage grasslands.
Provide advice or forward information about basic land management questions to landowners (e.g. invasive species control, grass-based agriculture, Farm Bill programs).
Help administer, track, and build programs for implementing Rx burns on private lands.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge and experience in the use and delivery of prescribed fire. Preference given to those with federal/state level Rx fire ceritfications.

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a **Air Vehicle System Test Engineer - Engineering Field Service Representative** (FSR) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation (T&E) organization.
This position requires 6+ months of training on a Domestic Assignment to **Pax River, MD and Rancho Bernardo, CA.** After training is completed, it is expected that the candidate will be available to deploy to **Japan, Italy, United Arab Emirates, or Guam** for a minimum of **24 months** , based on current business needs. The international location will be selected by Northrop Grumman after training is completed and will be based on timing and available location(s), determined by business needs. An individual in this position would be responsible for the daily administration, planning, implementation, and record keeping as required by the project/contract of assignment; supervising production personnel; and the training and assessment of people receiving services from Kalix.
Under the direction and supervision of the Contract Administrator, the duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Carry out production activities as specified by the contract to include but not limited to operate machinery and equipment, deliver supplies, complete direct labor contract work, load and unload supplies and any other direct labor that is outlined in the performance work statement.
2. Work closely with other Kalix supervisors and employees, to include Vocational, DSP and residential to ensure plans are being met and followed.
3. Assist the Contract Administrator in recruiting and selecting production personnel.
4. Establish and maintain a production/work scheduling system to meet the contract specifications.
5. Establish and maintain a system for development of production norms/time studies.
6. Implement a quality assurance system as specified by contract/ project to include all areas of the quality control plan as specified by contract.
7. Maintain and order equipment and supplies necessary for contract continuity and use.
8. Provide training, supervision and assistance in the assessment and training of all personnel working on the contract.
9. Prepare and maintain all other records as they pertain to the contract/project to include but not limited to payroll for contract employees, purchase orders, maintenance requests, maintenance checklists, daily weigh tickets and bill of lading.
10. Communicate in writing and verbally with Contract Administrators, employees, the government and other parties involved in the contract work.
11. Assist in the bidding process are necessary.
12. Other related duties as required or assigned.

**Job Summary and Responsibilities** Works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The MDS Coordinator/RN is responsible for the coordination of the MDS/Resident Assessment Instrument and assist in the ongoing education of those preparing the MDS. Responsible for the electronic transmission of the MDS/Resident Assessment data to the State Department of Health. Demonstrates the knowledge to complete the MDS/Resident Assessment Instrument. Facilitates communication between the interdisciplinary team. Assist in the assessment of the resident, in the planning of care, and in the evaluation of the plan of care, according to the policies and procedures while maintaining standards of the State Nurse Practice Act. Assists in screening for Skilled Nursing Facility admits.

+ Schedule and complete the MDS and RAP's according to the State and Federal guidelines.

+ Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for the patient/family which promotes optimal patient outcomes.
+ Meet the educational needs of patient/family/co-workers utilizing principals of teaching/learning.
+ Delegate nursing care based on knowledge of staff qualifications/competency and patient care.
**Job Requirements**
**Education:** Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
**Licensure:** Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. Graduate Nurse (G.N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid.
**Experience:** Basic MDS training preferred.
