The Marketing Director is responsible for all functions of the marketing department, including census development, leadership of marketing staff or committee.
Responsibilities
Develops and executes strategic marketing plans, including budget development and management. Fosters and manages the BHS and community brand. Analyzes market and competition on a continual basis. Interprets and develops marketing strategy based on reports, legal documents, financial statements, etc.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related business field.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related business field.
Qualifications Preferred
Master's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field.
Sales and telemarketing experience.
Experience with leading, coaching, and developing staff.
