Job Scope
The Retirement Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and compliance of U.S. and Canadian retirement programs, including 401(k), RRSP/DPSP, and pre-tax savings accounts such as HSA and FSA. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for retirement benefits and will lead all operational, compliance, and vendor-related activities. Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversee Administration and Compliance of: US 401(k) Retirement Plan, Canadian RRSP/DPSP Plans, Health Savings Account and Spending Accounts.
