• Perform pay equity analyses to identify and address disparities; partner with HR and leadership to develop and maintain equitable pay practices.
• Prepare and present comprehensive compensation reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting market trends, internal benchmarks, and program performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Support the education and training of HR partners on compensation best practices, including merit increases, promotions, and other pay adjustments, ensuring consistency with organizational goals, pay equity, and market competitiveness.
• Lead the execution of the annual compensation planning process, including merit, bonus, and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, define ownership, and streamline compensation workflows for greater efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage analyses and reporting related to variable pay programs, including bonuses and incentive compensation.
• Partner with HR teams to ensure job descriptions align with both internal standards and external market practices.
• Stay current with U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico compensation-related laws and regulations, ensuring all programs and practices remain compliant.
• Coordinate project planning, timelines, and deliverables for both scheduled and ad hoc compensation initiatives.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
Familiarity with compensation survey methodologies, participation processes, and market benchmarking practices.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute daily tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Understanding of the retail market landscape in the U.S. or Puerto Rico is a plus.

Annual compensation range:
$100,000 - $125,000 + discretionary bonus

The Aftercare Specialist - Rapid Rehousing (RRH) will work in a team reporting to the Aftercare Supervisor - Rapid Rehousing. In this role, the Aftercare Specialist - RRH will be responsible for working with Participants throughout their program enrollment to ensure housing stability before, during, and after placement. The Aftercare Specialist - RRH will conduct needs assessments for all Participants, working with the household to address goals related to education, employment, health, and mental health.
The Aftercare Specialist- RRH is the primary point of contact for Participants from referral through housing and aftercare and should also work closely with the Participant's support network including the Aftercare Supervisor - RRH, the Aftercare Associate - Opportunity Navigator, and the Property Provider, as needed.

Provide proactive follow-up home visits to ensure stability and further progress towards self-sufficiency; this includes support, advocacy, reducing isolation, listening, problem-solving, and identification of resources
Biweekly contact by phone, in addition to quarterly in-person in-unit contact once participant is housed to ensure general overall safety and wellness of the participant
Provide referrals to community resources, as needed, for issues related to mental health, wellness, legal, and other areas of support
Attend meetings and case conferencing as needed to ensure collaborative supports are being provided to the Participants to ensure stability
Respond to emergencies during normal business and after hours, participating in the on-call roster for all of Anthos|Home Participants and Property Providers

PROGRAM SUMMARY
Funded through the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), the CPC Beacon Community Center at John J. Pershing I.S. 220 serves youth, adults, and families in the Sunset Park neighborhood. The center's goal is to deliver a multitude of services for local community members by creating an inclusive atmosphere that promotes cultural awareness, active engagement, leadership, and advocacy skills acquisition, and empowers individuals to ultimately become self-sufficient.
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Beacon Director, the part-time Dance Specialist will have a strong background in dance, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. This role involves teaching dance classes, creating engaging lesson plans, and contributing to a positive and inclusive atmosphere. This position is from September 2025 until the end of the school year in June 2026.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Instruct students of various ages and skill levels in different dance styles.
Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and choreography.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students develop their dance skills.
Organize and rehearse routines for community shows and recitals.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Work closely with other teaching artists and staff to support the program goals and initiatives.
Communicate with parents on students' progress and address any concerns
Update Director on unit progress and address any concerns or questions.
Other program duties as determined by the Director
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Relevant certifications or a degree in Dance Education, Performing Arts, or a related field is a plus.
Extensive training and experience in one or more dance styles (ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, etc.).
Experience teaching dance, preferably in a studio or educational setting.
Experience as a performer in professional dance setting.

The Requirements
7+ years of relevant health and welfare legal and regulatory experience at a legal, accounting or consulting firm, or in a corporate legal department
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active membership in a state bar association
Substantial knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, COBRA, HIPAA, the Affordable Care Act, Mental Health Parity, and other federal and state healthcare-related statutes
Substantial knowledge of the design and ongoing administration needs of health and welfare plans
Understanding of the fiduciary health plan litigation landscape, emerging litigation trends, and governance structure and best practices
Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory developments, understand the impact on employers' health and welfare plan strategy, and effectively communicate key implications and insights to non-lawyer clients and colleagues
Strong service orientation and sense of urgency regarding clients' needs
Collaborative style suited to working on a team with expert colleagues who strive to ensure the quality of one another's work
Effective speaking and presentation skills for occasional internal training and client presentations

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000-$240,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Always maintain confidentiality and data security in accordance with federal regulations.
Workload Management & Outreach
Manage a personal caseload independently while knowing when to escalate for support.
Provide outreach and education to consumers, families, and community partners about the role of benefits counseling.
Attend trainings, outreach events, and SSA- or DVR-sponsored meetings to stay current on work incentive regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the program.
