Job Description:
We are seeking a contractor to support two high-priority initiatives that require immediate attention:
• Living Wage Ordinances in several cities, including Philadelphia (PHL) and Los Angeles (LAX). These ordinances mandate minimum total compensation thresholds for airport workers and introduce increased administrative complexity. The contractor will need to track individual benefit elections, manage ongoing wage adjustments, and ensure compliance across multiple locations.
• Tiered Life Insurance Program for Pilots to be introduced during this year's Annual Enrollment (AE). This initiative will require dedicated project management and administrative oversight to ensure accurate setup, implementation, and employee communication.

What you'll do:

What you have:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

* Partner with external actuarial firms (e.g., Willis Towers Watson) to coordinate deliverables, review reports, and

* Assess the financial impact of legislative or plan changes on company operations and financial statements.
