Our client is seeking a Claims & Benefits Resolution Specialist for a contract opportunity. This role performs comprehensive audits and resolution activities across the claims lifecycle, ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and compliance with payer requirements. The specialist will handle complex claim discrepancies, conduct follow-up with payers, and coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to finalize claim determinations. Benefits Administration

JOB SUMMARY
Performs a variety of fiscal and administrative support functions that may include purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budget management, and other fiscal areas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The Customer Benefit Advisor (CBA) I is the entry level in a three-level career path. A CBA I is a critical first point of contact for our customers.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent is responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service for business serviced by Unum/Colonial Life. It is critical to provide accurate information on benefits, claims, and or policy administration with minimal operational oversight. Incumbents in this role will be tasked with compiling information for multiple product types, from multiple systems, and providing responses to customers that are thorough, clear, and concise. Driving Requirements:
This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum's driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be
conducted.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Current, valid Driver's License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Proven track record of sales quota & target attainment
Prior wound care or medical device sales experience
Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e. surgeons)
Proven experience in territory management & business planning

Experience navigating complex selling cycles
Completion of a formal sales training program
Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process

In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Summary:
The Vivint 1Stop department is looking for an energetic customer service representative to join our team. Vivint has the greatest salesforce in the world, and our 1stop team plays an integral part in their success. We take pride in doing quality work with a sense of urgency to help our sales representatives while out in the field with things like Licensing, recruiting, commissions, account troubleshooting, system support, and anything else a sales representative can think of.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with the sales force by phone, email, text and walk-ins
Assist new sales reps in completing required onboarding tasks
Assist sales reps with obtaining sales assets like iPads, knocking shirts and badges
Manage employee position changes including promotions, transfers, hierarchal changes etc.
Update employee profile pages including employee photos, apparel sizes and sensitive personal information.
Ensure sales reps are properly licensed. This includes providing licensing requirements, sending licensing applications, and fingerprinting.
Work in Vivint systems like Salesforce, Success Factors, and other internal programs as needed
Perform in-depth audits of customer accounts to guarantee correct pay for the sales representatives
Help Sales representatives troubleshoot systems
Typical schedule is 8AM-4:30PM M-F, with a rotating Saturday shift and possibility of working a closing shift (11:30AM- 8PM) April-September
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Must feel comfortable talking to sales reps by phone, text, email and in person
Proactive attitude
Superior customer service skills and friendly disposition
Ability to learn quickly the following systems: MS Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, and any other Vivint systems as needed
