About the Role
We are expanding our earned wage access (EWA) offering and seeking a Credit Strategy Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience working with consumer credit, open-banking data, or real-time underwriting strategies.
This role focuses on the design and analysis of models, data foundations, reporting, and data-driven strategies to improve credit risk management for the EWA product. You'll be instrumental in shaping strategies that balance growth and portfolio credit risk.

What You'll Bring Experience
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related; or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is a plus.

2+ years of experience in consumer lending, fintech, or banking credit risk (subprime experience is a plus).
Exposure to earned wage access, overdraft-alternatives, or cash-flow-based lending products is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

What You'll Do

We are currently seeking an Associate Payroll Specialist Intern to join our
summer intern cohort. This position works on projects/assignments with Payroll Specialists. This role assists in processing payroll information and produces client specific payroll checks, invoices and standard payroll reports for Insperity's client companies. This position is also responsible for upholding the integrity of the client and employee data base and ensures all compliances are met.

Consults with Supervisor and Payroll Trainer when responding to new or different questions from clients and employees.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for selling Insperity's HRCore to organizations as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meets minimum acceptable sales and activity levels, as determined by management.
* Works closely with assigned BPA office(s) to build and maintain a pipeline that will meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and objectives.
* Proactively calls on prospective customers to explain benefits, and value of Insperity's HRCore offering.
* Cultivates and closes new HRCore customers in a defined territory.
* Follows up on sales leads generated from a variety of sources.

About the Role
We are seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join our cybersecurity team and help protect our cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems.
